I recently bought a stove and flue kit from Stove Fitters. The whole experience from initial browsing on the site was top class.

In particular the guides that Julian (the owner) provides were super helpful and are worth their weight in gold.

Highly recommend Stove Fitters as the go to wood burner supplier.

The delivery driver left the stove in the road as I wasn’t at home. He had no idea when I was returning, and it’s incredibly heavy to move.

Staff could not have been more helpful. Making sure my stove got out to me same day so I had it ready for our fitter. Great product and service. Would highly recommend.

I have given this a 5 star for the friendly and responsive customer service- we had a couple of glitches as part of the order was not dispatched and this was rectified quickly. Also one of the bolts was missing from our hobbits but the fitters luckily had a replacement

We ordered a few 30-degree bends that weren't available elsewhere. Everything came well packaged and looks great. Just keep in mind that if you order "matte black" painted vitreous pipe from two different companies then they make look completely different. Luckily it didn't matter for us.

Incredibly helpful call with Stove Fitters Warehouse. We had run into an issue with three fireplaces we had bought elsewhere and Stove Fitters Warehouse were great in talking around the subject of installation and proposing solutions. They clearly have many years of experience in the world of stoves.

This was the first time I have fitted a wood burner. The help with design and general advice provided by Raymond and Julian was excellent. The products are of excellent quality which all made the job straight forward even when I encountered the unexpected issue of a joist blocking the path of the flue. The necessary additional items to overcome this were dispatched immediately.

Everything was A1, the ordering, the delivery and the competitive price. The delivery person was accommodating and easy to communicate with. 5 stars without a doubt!
