Brilliant to deal with especially at such a time of stress and worry. From the first setting up of the initial call on line to dealing directly with Nicole turner the solicitor. Fantastic dealt with me like I was a human. Nicole was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and most of all understanding of my situation. She made me feel at ease and has helped dramatically with helping me feel confident that whatever happens she and the team will be there if needed. (But also as equally didn’t push any further to take my case further unless I felt I needed to.)
