Madrid 3 seater outdoor swing states aluminium frame. All of the frame is steel - checked with a magnet in store. No problem with the product itself but don't say it's aluminium in your advertising if it is not.

What an incredible experience we had at Stratco - Alisha was knowledgeable and thorough with the information she supplied to us as well as patient and even engaged our kids as they meandered through the store. Cannot rate her service highly enough!

I got a 2door metal lockable cupboard very easy to assemble good and strong I am sure it will last for a long time. Loading dock lady was very helpful however when I first arrived in store I stood there like I was invisible to the more than four staff which would be understandable when the store is busy trouble was I was the one and only customer in store

I browsed the website to learn about how to install the shed and then went to the Virginia Store a few times with various questions and the staff there were very helpful. The ordering process online was straightforward and easy. The installer was communicative, friendly and helpful and got the job done tidily and in short order.

Great website to find, order and pay for stock. Same day supply at Virginia. Order advice by phone stock was available. Trouble free access to collect goods. Friendly staff.

It took me a lot (over 30 mins) waiting time to be given what was supposed to be Click and Collect order.

Ordered 3 products on-line. Stratco manhattan sling sun lounge x 2 and a side table. Everything ready for pick up almost instantly. Quality, great value. Great service.

I have purchased from Stratco numerous times over the years, service has been good and occasionally a real bargain can be obtained.

Not too happy with online ordering experience as items said available then i purchsed. When I went to collect items not available for over a month. Now I have a half finished fence. Store employees are great at Virginia QLD. Online experience not so good.

Was my first time at Statco paid for the shelving units on line and the Virginia slide was the closest to collect so I went there on Monday not knowing what to expect went in asked the guy I have an order to collect 5 peices he answered very nicely yes I have it here on my trolley all ready asked where my car was he followed me in the parking to my car loaded it in the trunk and said have a nice day see you next time I was shocked never had service like this anywhere and I shop a lot he is a credit to Stratco I will be going shopping there again I was a Bunnings client you won me guys

I purchased a stratco shed, the store told me two hours diy, i am a very handy person and this was the most difficult thing I have ever had to build, the materials were so flimsy and the instructions were very poor to read, it also took three people to build this shed, I would never buy this shed again.

Ordered online to my exact spec. Delivered 2 days later. Roof now replaced and looking great. Shame I could not order the roof screw in the same online transaction?

Ordered online for click and collect. Received confirmations, etc and collected easy as pie when advised everything was ready (on time).
