Stratco - Busselton Reviews 6

Been ‘waiting’ October/November for someone to travel from Busselton to Dunsborough to service our electric outdoor roof louvers . Had to agree in writing to an exorbitant call out fee at the time with no time given. But honestly did not think it would 6 months.
Provided all needed details ….. ITS APRIL and we have not heard a peep.
Did remind them before Christmas with no reply.
They may be great for other things but don’t get the electric outdoor / rain sensored louvre ,because if anything happens they don’t come to fix them. Even got an electrician in but he wouldn’t even look at it. If ANY one has another suggestion would love to hear.

Absolutely the BEST customer service I think I've ever had, anywhere. Dave went above and beyond, and made it all so easy. Dave and the crew at Stratco Busselton are all incredibly friendly and helpful, I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks Dave 🙂

Have got to write a review on the great team work from the Manager and his staff at the Busselton Store.
My husband and I are doing an extension to our patio and their help has been unbelievable.
Nothing was to much trouble…we are very happy.

Went to Stratco Busselton on Saturday the 12th of March only to find the store was closed.
Always under the impression that
Stratco provided more for the DIY customer.
No point being closed on a Saturday when it’s the
only day a lot of DIY’s can get to the store.

Flat pack shed from Stratco Busselton. I was a little worried about how it all would fit together but I must say it went really well. The staff told me the basics - get on a flat area - I used my trailer top, and told me about the wrap around ends that join the backs and sides. All the holes lined up !! And the instructions are very good with magnified diagrams of important small bits. The shed is 2.1m x 1.5m with swinging door. The job took about 5 hours over two days - the first day putting all the panels into their slotted holders, the second day standing it all up.The shed looks great.
