Steven did work at malarga store and now works at cannvale store. His been awesome to deal with the entire time very helpful and has got a can do attitude that young man deserves a pay rise i think

I recently purchased some paint cans from Sratco Canning Vale, and I have to say, the customer service was absolutely top-notch! Anish went above and beyond to help me with my purchase, answering all my questions patiently and making the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend visiting Sratco if you want excellent products and outstanding service!

Really disappointed in the regular delays or non responses - started when hubby first contacted for a quote, no response for a long time despite attempts to contact (this was Malaga store). He ended up contacting Cannong ale and we paid for patio (not a small amount), to be delivered before Christmas, told it wouldnt then be delivered til 7 Jan. 7 Jan arrived and no patio, he contacted them to be told there was an error and wont be til 21 Jan. They would have known but did not think to contact him. We are planning an event at our house and now the backyard wont be finished in time because of these delays. Its the delays and the lack of communication that is frustrating.

My online ordering went very well.
Certainly very easy.
The delivery was communicated to me by text when my order was being delivered.
The person delivering the order, as it was heavy, was fantastic, very helpful and polite. A great experience from Stratco.

After using the Stratco design tool and placing an order, an error occurred that prevented me from paying online, so I was advised to contact Stratco for assistance.
I called at 8 am and was helped by a person who was unsure about how to use the design tool and needed to ask supervisors for advice.
I had to call her twice to get an update, and when the order was finalised, I was told that Stratco can't deliver the next day as promised because the cut-off time had passed.
We had different opinions about whose fault this was. I said it was on her. She said it was because she needed help and responses from others within Stratco.
You would think that Stratco at least teaches its employees to say, 'I'm sorry, my mistake.' This took way too long.

Online ordering process is seamless and very responsive and staff are very communicative. Delivery date was promptly advised and delivery took place exactly as promised.

Service was awesome. But not happy with the quality of the product.

Canning Vale - Hazel was amazing - helpful, knolwedgeable and made my Monday. I will be calling back for sure.

Very helpful salesperson took the time of day to chat about life in general whilst waiting for the new computer system to generate the papers order

The shelves were very easy to find online and the ordering process was good. The staff were very helpful when I came to pick them up.

They were easy to put together and my carport now looks much tidier.

Very helpful had no complaints just waiting on delivery can't wait for my shed

Needed some fencing options and went in asking for advice... good service done by Mr Chris Sung... very helpful with the pool fencing the family always wanted... me and the missus are very impressed

Multiple errors during design & quote. Constant changover of personnel. Incorrect supply, missed dates by 3+ months. A real let down.
