No communication by Stratco of backorder
Ordered fencing planks,poles, screws etc for our fencing contractor to install a new front fence. The supplies arrive on the start day, my husband asked the delivery driver where are the screws? Oh, there on back order! Rang Stratco, yes there on back order. NO NOTIFICATION of this delay to us! If they had told us we could have transferred the start date. How do you put up a fence with no screws. We now have poles and nothing else to show for it. The contractor was booked for 3 days. Now we'll have to wait until he's finished his other booked work. In a month or two. Stratco very disappointing business.

Fantastic Service
We went to our local Stratco in Lonsdale, SA, and were served by Andrew Hunter. Our first visit we were clearly not buying anything but he answered all of our questions and gave us great advice. We returned today and waited for Andrew and purchased a shed. The store was busy but Andrew did not rush through our purchase and again offered great advice, and had a laugh with us. Will definitely go back to see him again.

We are thrilled with our new verandah
We are thrilled with our new verandah. Thanks to Stratco Lonsdale in particular Patrick who was extremely courteous and helpful, and can we add a big shout out to the boys from Divercity Construction, Tim and Stewart for the install. We would happily recommend this service from quote up until finish from all concerned, and anyone taking advantage of the service be prepared, (Tim likes a chat, and Stewart likes a friendly beer after work).

The mower i purchased had a minor fault…
The mower i purchased had a minor fault with a governor spring and would not work properly. Went to my local Stratco not the one where I purchased mower. They replaced the mower without complaint. 10 out of 10 customer service.

Fence Toppers
Went into the store to check colour matching. The store staff were very helpful in providing swatches and stock advice. Went home, checked the colour matching and ordered online for delivery.
Delivery was a few days later and very professional. Social distancing was observed with no direct contact.
