Firstly the product was on sale at half price.! Ordering and pick up easy and product looks and works beautifully!

We ordered a Stratco Outback kit back on 28th January 2024. It arrived in Yamba NSW in due course without a hitch from Ormeau. We had an installer build this construction There were wrong gable joiners sent in the kit,had to wait days for the correct ones to arrive. The design is not good, the gable roof leaks, rusting tech screws, pop rivets show denting, poly carb sheeting is joined with tape. We have had nothing but issues, namely leaks and rust right up til the 3rd September, (8 months later) when installer was returning to rectify problems. I would not reccommend a Stratco Outback for the expensive price and inferior materials

My delivery driver Callum was friendly and wonderful and even with a boggy area he trolleyed my garage doors thru it.

Went into the Ormeau Sale centre
Just not the same with Kalinda and Erin on the front counter together
I was lucky enough that Kalinda had to come out to the front counter to help the other young lady
Which I got the experience Kalinda and Erin class again today
Those girls know how to get the job done as well as know to have fun and torment each other
They are a great team together and a great credit to your company
Keep these girls together and your customer service will be 100%

Stratco confirmed a few weeks ago that delivery of my shed components would arrive today, and true to their word it did. Two delivery trucks arrived at different times but both were efficient and helpful. Special mention for Callum who delivered the roller door. He rang ahead then arrived and helped me carry the door into the back yard. Big thank. Much appreciated.

Callum - Best delivery driver ever! Super helpful, really friendly and didn't complain about the fact our driveway was partially washed out in the recent floods in Queensland - he just got on and did his job. Bloody legend!

I ordered this product on line and it was attended to promptly, I went topick it up and the service was excellent. Happy with the product, no hassles putting it together.

Great but no notification to say the order was ready to be picked up

I placed an order for super deck on the 22nd of September, I’m still waiting for an email/phone call to confirm it’s ready for collection. It’s now the 9th of October, I’m either missing something or it’s very poor service.

Yes ordered a heavy duty storage bins Friday week back told it would arrive 11 May then told it would arrive 13 May now told it will not arrive until the 20 May not happy at all especially when it came from yatala area and l live just 60 klms and get charged $70 delivery very unhappy customer

It took 3 phone calls and then 10 days for my order to come from Yatala to Sunshine Coast. It appears it was dispatched within 2 days ( according to my third person I called) but seems to have been with the courier for the next week. The timber slats had quite a few knot holes that have been roughly puttyed in, not the best quality.

I purchased zincalume roofing sheets online and was very pleased with the service, particularly the delivery within 3 business days given the current Covid19 restrictions. Price was competitive also.

Excellent product and excellent customer service at the collection depot at Ormeau.
