Overall the customer service was poor

Overall the customer service was poor.
Prior to attending the appointment I was told over the phone that the works should be done my midday so I decide to wait. I was left with no proper updates. I kept having to ask for an update. I was then informed of a finding on the car- having temporary repairs in the tyres. I have never changed the tyres. I the noticed that on the day I collected the car from the video I took whilst still at the store it shows the repair on the tyre. I informed the person and the manager was made aware. He refused to even come out and speak to me or even acknowledge my follow-up email.

I was sat there from 8 AM to 1430. Being left with no update, no acknowledgment just showed no respect for customers. If I had been told I would’ve gone home or even for a walk. And it is very appalling. I didn’t have this treatment by the sales team at all. And it’s really unfortunate. I have an appointment coming up and I’m literally dreading coming in I was looking to even go elsewhere but not sure how this will work with warranty etc…

I recently bought an Audi Q3 Sportback…

I recently bought an Audi Q3 Sportback and dealt with Will their Sales Executive. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and very helpful from the start. He listened to what I wanted and gave clear advice without making me feel pushed into anything.

I am very happy with the car and the service I received. I would happily recommend Will to anyone thinking about buying an Audi.

Waste of my money took my a5 in to get…

Waste of my money took my a5 in to get fix even spoke to a technician and show him wot i would like to be looked at and all they did was a engine update witch neva needed lost out on 444 pounds and no1 was willing to help there was no communication i had to ring in all the time and lost out 4 days of work and lost my job as they couldn't fix my car

Warm reception amazing staff

Have to say Michelle on reception was phenomenal , warm welcome friendly nature , listened to exactly what I was after and understood, offered drinks and a comfy couch, cdnt stay to see cars as it was super busy but definitely will go back based on first impressions.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service
They give dirty courtesy cars, dog hair inside,
No interest in trying to fix your car under warranty, will diagnose it as something else to avoid doing the job
They take forever getting back to you
Kept my car for 2 months still with the same issue.

Customer service at MK Audi is…far from the standard I would expect for a premium car brand

Customer service at MK Audi is non-existent.
I have brought 2 cars from this dealership. both times they have tried to over charge me for maintenance/services.
When being told what the charges for the work they will inflate the price and hope you don't query the cost. a £1600 cost as if by magic became £1200 when I suggested it seemed excessive, and very recently a brake fluid change was quoted £145, again I queried the cost and within seconds the price became £84. I am still awaiting a call from the service manager to discuss why this seems to be common practice. 1 week and still no call.

Conscientious Work and Diligent Help…MK Audi Service Dept.

Conscientious work and diligent help from the whole team in the MK Audi Service Unit, ...Thanks again to all involved for looking after my cars needs!.. Only grumble was the litter left in the courtesy car. I think the empty wrappers and empty pop bottle belonged to someone in the MK Audi Sales department!
