Paint damage from MOT service
Had a MOT on my Jaguar XF , the next day I noticed bodywork damage. I Informed Jaguar the next day. Then raised the complaint a further five times on there USELESS complaints system, Had a email in January saying that' Customer Service is their top priority' and someone would contact me in 48 hour. They didn't. Sent a email on the contact page on the Jaguar website, only for ' Error' to flash up. Rang Stratstone, put through 3 times, eventually got through to Jag Head Office, spoke to a lady who sent a email on my behalf to the General Manager. That was two weeks ago. Raised this complaint over 6 months ago. Very Poor customer service. In the meantime I'm getting emails inviting me to try out the new Land rover. I'm sure if I rang them I wouldn't have any trouble speaking to someone if I said I wanted to by one !
