EV Service - £264.23 and car was ready in just over an hour. They have you over a barrel due to the warranty. Scandalous.

I wish I could give the Servicing Department a lower score. On this occasion the call handlers, Laura and Chris the master technician were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Chris also got to the bottom of my car’s issue and fixed it.
It is difficult to get through on the phone, difficult to get call backs and the manager, who didn’t give me his name, has no place working in a customer service environment.
My locking wheel nut has gone missing after it was in for a wiring repair in the rear of the vehicle. The manager accused me of saying they had stolen it, I did not. He refused to accept any responsibility. He said we had to wait until the engineer returned from holiday next week. He shouted at both myself and my husband. At no point did he ask how he could help, or what I was calling about. It was horrendous.
Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve had poor customer service here. I just can’t recommend them.

I've had two experiences of the service department at Stratstone Nottingham, on the first occasion they shared all of my personal details with the previous owner of my vehicle and continued to do so despite being reminded.
In relation to the recent safety recall, I attempted to book by telephone, but they don't answer, and when you do get through they don't call back!! I booked my car in at Tottle Road online, only to be informed that the dealership was operating at a different address. It's a good job I phoned to clarify and didn't just turn up on the day. The adviser from the service department wasn't interested and simply said it wasn't her job to update the website.
I'm now using Derby. It's out of my way but staff are far more pleasant and accommodating.

If you want to spend tens of thousands of pounds on a vehicle then get the absolute worst after care and service then this is the place for you.
I’ve never had good service in all the time I’ve owned my RR Sport, which I bought new from Stratstone and they are now definitely worse than ever.

Tyres replaced but not inflated correctly - had to pull over after 4 miles from garage.
Engine cover not replaced correctly.
Not kept informed on the progress with my car and when it would be ready - no empathy that i was without a car and no support with alternative.

It took 3 attempts to get them to return my call as well. No offer of compensation at all, no apparent escalation either.
