Sending me to the wrong garage for a service. Not clearly letting me know what to expect. Not getting all the recall notices completed so the car has to go back. I did let the garage know when I booked the car in for service. When I booked the car in for service it was booked for an mot which it didn't need. When I went to collect the car I was kept waiting for at least 20 minutes before the agent spoke to me. I had to ask for an invoice. I was disappointed that the car wasn't washed!!

In my opinion though with such a big building, there should be some new cars to view while waiting and brochure and magazines available to read while waiting. Just seems to me there is a huge waste of space

Absolutely terrible the car has been with them for 3 days over 20 phone calls and no reply, absolutely terrible service. I would not use this dealer for anything totally unacceptable and totally unprofessional
