Stratstone as a Dealer is ok
Stratstone as a Dealer is ok, albeit their Labour and parts charges are excessive, our problem revolved around a vehicle purchased from Evans Halshaw, part of the Lithia Groups as is Stratstone, they was an internal disputs as to how a repair was to be paid, in my opinuion this should have been remedid by the intervention of Lithia Group who has overall control. I must give praise where it is due, Jiya from customer service was great to the best of her ability,the situation was at best often embarising for her, yet she was honest, considerate and made every personnal effort to be helpfull, albeit much was beyond her control.

Booking and service done within expected time scale. Waited approx 2.5hrs and whilst refreshment was offered and taken no one bothered me to see if I wanted to change cars. Mobile signal poor in buiding
