Vicky is always amazing and I cannot thank her enough. On this occasion, though, I have to give special mention to Sally on reception. When I visited on Wednesday 10th of June she was so kind, caring and supportive. She provided breakfast and drinks, and even went out of her way to get me lunch. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did for me.

Excellent Front Desk
What a Reception team! The fantastic experience started right at the front door! We were greeted by a lovely receptionist called Sally she was incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming. She offered us a drink and immediately connected us with the right salesperson. Excellent customer service! I noticed Sally made every person feel valued rather than just another customer. She was kind, patient, and had the most infectious smile. Great front-desk presence makes all the difference.

Poor service
Car wasn’t valeted as promised which is a poor show considering service & MOT cost £700.
Invoice stated 81,000 service but it was a 41,000 service.
Have to trust that correct service was done.
Poor for a JLR dealership
