EV 1st year service. Good experience with Giffnock service staff, answering questions and timing of how long service would be was spot on. I went to shops but waiting area is spacious and the drinks machine is worth any waiting, especially cortado.

Great help with a used car
Sandy Stevenson at Mercedes Giffnock was a great help. He called me following a web enquiry and reserved the car for me. He was helpful with the test drive and arranged for the car to be serviced, cleaned and have the alloys refurbished before we got the car delivered.

£440 to fit a new battery that on its own would cost £220. My car taken for a whole day to do this.
Absolutely disgraceful.
Oh, go to Kwikfit? Great idea. I did. They spent 2 hours trying to change the battery before realising they needed some sort of code that Mercedes keeps to themselves.
