What a pleasant experience from start to finish regarding the purchase of my new mini.
Emily looked after me from start to finish and is an asset to the company.
I told her what I wanted from the car and she found me one with all the gadgets there is possible….
Nothing was too much trouble and any issues were resolved for me without hesitation.

Still awaiting £250.00 holding deposit to be refunded to my account from 23:01.25. The customer service from this company is appalling. I’ve been given excuse after excuse as to why I have not yet received my money. On Friday 07/02/25 I gave them my bank details again so they could issue a manual refund, I am still waiting for it. My next step is local media & BBC Watchdog to see if that makes my £250 reappear. I have spent countless hours telephoning & emailing & they clearly do not care. Stratstone Chesterfield are a joke.

Collected my brand new electric Mini yesterday from Statstone at Chesterfield. A big thank you to Kieran for his expertise and excellent customer service. Made a long trip up to chesterfield from west Sussex to pick up my used mini countryman JCW, I can honestly say it was not a wasted trip. Kieran was very helpful and went the extra mile.

Came in on Wednesday evening to go through a few used cars with Jack. When looking around I couldn’t find the ideal car that I wanted but will continue to look on their website as I had a fantastic experience here at MINI Chesterfield.
