This was the first time I have bought a mini from Stratstone in Doncaster, I was very impressed with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to return to them as and when I change this car.
Liam was new to the job but you would never know, he was very professional polite and friendly and went out of his way to find out about any questions that he couldn’t answer himself.
Josh stepped in whenever needed and between them I got them mini and the deal that I was looking for.
Service was smooth and efficient from the first telephone enquiry by my husband right through to the collection of the car by myself.
Well done Stratstone Doncaster, you’ll be my first port of call when I need a new mini! The mini is a strong brand and you certainly do it justice.

This is my 4th Mini from Stratstone Mini Doncaster and on this upgrade visit our sales specialist was Bethany Scott.

Beth made the whole experience really smooth and straight forward which meant we could sit back and enjoy the process of finding the right car. We found her to be friendly and very knowledgeable so we knew we were in good hands when deciding on what approved used mini to purchase next.

After looking at various options Beth found us a Convertible Cooper S which after a test drive we knew was the one and fitted our requirements perfectly!

I can't recommend this dealership enough for their professionalism and friendliness and this review extends to all their staff. during the upgrade process I also dealt with Josh who secured us a great viable finance deal and Courtney who did my handover.

It’s been a pleasure to get my new Mini Cooper S from MINI DONCASTER, the approved used purchase process was super a quick and easy, starting with an afternoon looking at potential options with Josh and then Emma was fantastic at getting the car brought over to the Doncaster showroom so I could test drive!

All the approved used come with 12 months warranty and 12 months MOT which is a great bonus

Process was fast and efficient and all staff were very friendly and helpful! Emma got the car out to me the day after purchase which was so exciting to be able to pick it up so soon and even managed to surprise me with a little bulldog buddy for my new car!

10/10 service!

All the staff at Stratstone Mini Doncaster have been amazing. From the day we walked through the showroom door to leaving with an Electric Mini Shawdow Edition and everything in-between. So supportive and 1st class communication during the very short wait from order to delivery. Brilliant dealership. Thought I would dip my toe into the world of electric cars so ordered electric mini end of January, delivered end of April, 3 month wait wasn’t bad considering how long some cars are taking to be delivered currently. The Stratstone dealership in Doncaster kept me updated all the way. Fab car, really nippy, and stylish, the interior is outstanding, I’ve had a lot more expensive cars over the years, but the interior of the mini is by far the best. The car is cheap to insure, no road tax, and a tenner a week to charge .
