Staff always friendly, welcoming and professional. Showroom lovely and clean and following regulatory guidelines. The range of vehicles for sale is extensive and Bethany, in particular, is always bubbly and helpful 👍🏻

Very good customer service
Some minor maintenance required on on my mini, Stratstone were very helpful, carried out the repairs and were very efficient. Customer service was very good. Much better service than previous dealers I have had to deal with.

Absolute shambles
Absolute shambles, no idea my car was booked in when I turned up, never came back to me when I tried to authorise £600 worth of work then told I couldn’t have my car back because of their delay. Picked my car up the day after for my key not working, they only changes Tyres and MOT’d it! Load more but can’t be bothered to write it. Absolute joke!
