We were looking to upgrade our existing Mini Countryman for a younger model. Searched everywhere for several months all to no avail. Came across Stratstones who had in stock exactly what we wanted. Countryman plugin hybrid YW72 KFG. low mileage and the right money. Massive thank you to AJ and his staff who oversaw the sale, part exchange and delivery to Stoke On Trent. Me - I'd like to park my car safely in the car park for its MOT and then when I collect it, I'd like you to leave it parked on the access road close to a bollard which you can't see from the driver's seat, so I damage the bumper and bonnet when I drive off and then I'd like you to wash your hands of the situation, deny any responsibility and then deal with me with disdain and arrogance, even though I have been a customer for 25 years.

Mini carried out a number of jobs on my car at short notice when another garage let me down and I desperately needed my car fixed asap as I had a long drive ahead to move house. Special shoutout to Ryan who was an absolute superstar, so helpful and kept me informed throughout.

Recently moved to Harrogate from the South West and needed to find a new garage to service my car. Really pleased I went to Stratstone Mini. They did an excellent job, sorting my brakes, and even finding an unknown problem with my front tyres and fixed it at no charge. Excellent workmanship, very reasonable cost and they even cleaned the car! Great service - happy to recommend them 10/10

Efficient service, helpful team

Having bought my last two Minis from Stratstone Mini Harrogate, I would not go anywhere else. Forged great relationships with Jordan and the wider team along with the service team, their attention to detail is 100%. Definitely will be back when it is time to update to a new Mini once again

We visited Harrogate Mini not quite knowing what we wanted, we were met by friendly staff who were more than happy to assist. We spoke with Alex who was patient, knowledgeable and just a really approachable guy who listened. He found us exactly the car to meet our needs, nothing was too much trouble, and we were put under no pressure to decide there and then.
We did go ahead with the purchase and the whole process went well. I would 100% recommend the Harrogate branch to anyone.

Lack of integrity, low professional standards, poor communication, bad customer experience.

Having bought from Stratstone before but at their Range Rover site in Stockton, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of service in Harrogate. Every member of staff were highly competent and friendly. A particularly mention must go to Jordan who went out of her way to be helpful. I will certainly buy from them again and although their service centre is further away than the Stockton site I will have my servicing done in Harrogate.

TERRIBLE sales experience at MINI Harrogate. As a local cash buyer, I recently enquired about a vehicle the dealer had in stock to compare with an identical 'like for like' vehicle I had seen at Williams Manchester. Despite both cars having identical extras/ packs and spec the Williams Manchester vehicle was £1111.00 cheaper and had 1396 less miles on the clock. Both were a 24 plate, only difference was an age difference of 3 months (the Harrogate vehicle was 3 months newer but had 1396 more miles than the Manchester vehicle). As requested, proof of my alternative quote was submitted and as a new customer to MINI Harrogate who lives only just 5.5 miles from the dealer I wanted to support my local dealer and keep the business in my community. Despite my best efforts MINI Harrogate wouldn't even budge a single penny, which as a local businessman myself, is very short sighted of the sales manageress. To my surprise, their vehicle has since been reduced some 24hrs later by £297.00, a discount that was not offered to me at time of enquiry. I have since purchased the other vehicle from Williams MINI and will not be using MINI Harrogate for any maintenance or servicing going forward. I would strongly suggest you shop around before agreeing any purchase with Harrogate MINI and would highly recommend Williams MINI over my local dealer. I would strongly suggest the sales manageress undergo some training on how she may achieve customer loyalty within her local community and her higher management look into her conversion as something is a big miss here.

Very helpful from the initial enquiry through to the test drive and subsequent purchase. Part-ex was easy to do. Andy the salesman was professional and very easy to deal with. Service sorted out a service plan for the car. Everything was remote apart from the pickup where I drove up to exchange the cars.

I have been using Mini Harrogate for many years now. A relationship with any retailer is built on trust which is gained by delivering on their promises. I have purchased two mini's from Harrogate and had three serviced and looked after by them since 2015. The service colleagues are all great but Ryan in Particular has looked after us and always tried to go the extra mile. I would very much recommend Mini Harrogate as a place to not only purchase your car but also have it serviced.

My wife and I have purchased a number of Mini's over the years and Stratstone Harrogate delivered a first class service and really looked after us although there was delays in the delivery and a change of Sales Person, we were kept informed by Jordan our new contact.The delivery date arrived and Jordan and the Team really looked after my wife and I and took time to handover the car,showing us all the features.

I am a Motability client with mobility issues.
I booked my car in for its first MOT weeks in advance. I explained, when making the booking, that I would wait for the work to be done.
A week before the booked date, November 4th, I phoned to change the date due to a hospital appointment. The date was changed to November 5th. When I made that phone call I explained that I would need to wait. The lady I spoke to said she would check and get back to me. That did not happen. I arrived, as arranged on November 5th, at about 8.20 am. I was told my car would be ready by 5pm. I was further told that waiting wasn’t an option. After repeated requests made with courtesy and patience, I was asked to wait. My car was dealt with by mid-morning.
I was not made aware at any point that someone would have collected my car and delivered it back to my home when it was ready. That was only pointed out to me by Janet, in a follow up phone call.

Easy booking on line for MOT and minor service, excellent communication from service staff throughout and ready when required.
