Poor Sales Service

Poor. The car itself. Fantastic. It’s a super mini.

However. Stratstone. They took nearly a month to return a £10,000 part exchange credit. Then topped it off by not including the boot liner (that I’ve given up on) as “they are sure they put it in” implying I have lost it. It’s a boot-liner, it’s not expensive and I’ve no need to pretend I’ve lost it. Last I heard they were checking the CCTV. Not sure for what mind you. Maybe boot-liner imps.

I’d buy another Mini as it’s brilliant. However I’d avoid this dealership if I were you. It’s the usual. As soon as you sign, the service level dies.
