Never received my order. Don't order from this company! Beware.

If I could give this company no stars I would. I also ordered the leather refinisher, but I NEVER even received my product. after nearly a month, they said tracking showed delivered to my mailbox and it was probably stolen. Problem with that, we have a community mailbox, not a personal one at the street. No way to know what really happened. The company refused to issue a refund. Also, shipping did NOT say from China, it was supposed to be US based. This constitutes fraud and I have reported this to the Attorney General in AZ. That seems to be mail fraud - a federal offense.

Ordered leather cream to refinish truck seats. Same story as another reviewer. It took 24 days from China. All instructions were on container in Chinese. This is truly a scam !!!

I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased chair cap covers. I have already had two charges on my cc - 1 for 21 cents international fee + the purchase price. It has already been 7 days and no word as to if or when it will be shipped.
Stay away.

ordered a metal roll up dish drainer. Came completely smashed, wont even unroll fully. sent them many emails with photos, no response. They shipped it from China in a bag. waste of money.

What a scam! Ordered Leather cleaner that was suppose to changed the color of my couch to look like new per the video. Was nothing more than a cleaner with the only instructions on the jar in Chinese. could have bought the same thing in a store for half the price. never again.

I ordered a phone case from them weeks ago. Have sent many E mails requesting a tracking number or a date of delivery. They told me it is being package now and will be sent out soon. Now I'm getting currency conversion charges on my bank account FROM STRAY DEAL!! This company NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

Terrible cannot find a way to send anything back and the product was terrible do not fall into this pit...

This company should get zero stars. I am going on two months without receiving the phone case that I ordered. Follow up requests on when the item will ship get referred to a tracking website that has not been updated for nearly six weeks.

Like everyone else, I purchased a flip phone case on November 22,2018. I have not received my item and the tracking information has not updated since November 25,2018. I reached out to customer service via email only to be told it would take 15-25 days sometimes longer due to logistics and customs. This company is a total scam!!! Avoid at all cost

Ok it's now been 3 months and still have received nothing. Am looking at legal action possibilities.

Ordered a magnetic mobile cover in May 2018. Got a wrong item and could not convince support that it was incorrect. Would return to an address in China but that address is not adequate so my return package will return to me. Support will also not believe I've returned despite track & trace is enlightened. It's A GREAT MOP COMPANY !!!!! Here on Nov. 2, 2018 there is still nothing happening. My money, I'm obviously not kidding on a refund !!!

Do not buy from this company shoddy goods and non existent customer service

Purchased a Flip Phone cover, took 3 months to get it, was of very poor quality, tried to send it back,cost too much to get it tracked back. Everything appears of poor quality including their customer service. Lance is continually wanting every bit of documentation even though you have sent it numerous times. Are there to frustrate you in not trying to get a refund. Never buy anything from them

Bought a Samsung galaxy and iPhone phone case after 5 week use the case has tearing and breaking everywhere. Very bad quality material.

Oh! - I wish I had seen these reivews before I made the purchase of the Phone case. I made the purchase on the 10th of July '18 and today (31st of August '18) there is no news or updates. I've followed up multiple times, but nothing concrete of when to expect.

Never ever dream of buying anything from these loosers. If someone can, please put a lawsuite against this guys immediately, so that other potential customers in the future don't get cheated.

Ordered phone case on july 2nd, payment went through right away. Didnt receive it until august 28 after two weeks of fighting with then for a refund. Paypal offers a refund if i ship the case back... to Laos at my expense, which is three times as much as what i paid for the case. I have one week to get tracking info in order to get my refund, and yet they had the same tracking info for my item for two months and that was fine. Never buying from this fraudulent site again. Si now im stuck with a low quality case that doesnt fit my phone, looks like someone cut off a large chunk off the top, and doesnt do as advetised.

I would give ZERO stars if it were an option. Ordered a phone case in April. End of August and still have not received. I emailed and they are not willing to do anything to rectify. 100% scam as I have now seen by all these other reviews. Money lost ... lesson learned. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
