I’m very disappointed with this loaner and power company. Their website doesn’t allow you to change or adjust your payment due date, even when you’re trying to pay early or on time. That’s completely unacceptable in 2025.

Every modern company should make it easy for customers to manage their payments online, but instead you’re forced to call or email for the simplest things. It honestly feels like they make it difficult on purpose so they can collect late fees.

I will never use or recommend this power company or this Stream loaner to anyone.

If you care about convenience, honesty, and customer service — stay away.

Bad unethical practice. I paid off my Deb still charging$$ I don’t know why. Customer service doesn’t answer. Depredatory practices.

Their website interface is awful. If you submit a payment, it doesn't update to show that it was paid. If you pay too early, they automatically put it towards principal, meaning they will ding you for not paying off the balance. It's like intentionally bad so that you're more likely to miss a payment. That's bad business.

I emailed customer service twice to confirm if the payment went through and did not receive a response either time.

We paid our bill early in the month and we got a notification that it was applied to the principal and not the bill. We were informed that we had to wait until half way through the month to submit payment, otherwise it would go to the principal and not the bill. What kind of moronic system is this?

This website feels designed to cheat its customers by implementing intentionally stupid design and I see this is a common complaint with its other customers as well.

Unfortunately, this company will continue to get clients because people using Power will likely not research them until they’re knee deep into their purchase.

Very disorganized and UNETHICAL. Despite after requesting a payoff amount and then paying off the full amount of over $7000 that they said was the pay off, we still received a bill requesting a monthly payment. Stay away from the window company that uses them. Feels like one giant scam and rip off. This company is causing undue stress in our lives.

Stream Financial is a bunch of arrogant down talking wannabe bean counters that only know how to enter information into a program that disburses the money. They don't even know the difference between simple interest and compound interest. They swear this loan is a simple interest loan. It's compound. The problem comes in when you want to pay more than the set payment or twice a month to bring down both the interest and principle quicker. The apply your payments as principle only, not towards the next payment. Then al the sudden you are behind in your payments with a 10.00 late fee. When asking how this can be, they get patronizing as if you know nothing. And then they say there is no way to fix the way the payments are applied because it is more than 2 weeks old. CROCK OF SHIT. Beware people. I have a feeling the window people are in on this because they are still using the same finance company.

This company is a total rip off! They would not let me pay off the the loan with a credit card. I will figure out how to move this debt. Shame on the Power Windows company for using or being this service.

This company is a complete ripoff and scam. Every month I pay way more than my monthly payment. I was told when I did my windows that the overage of payment would go to principle. I also have a fixed interest rate, so how come my interest payments are going up every month instead of down? Even though the principle balance is going down. They apply most of my payment to interest no matter what I pay. They take 75 to 80% towards interest and the rest toward principle. I called their customer service several times and the dumb excuse I got from every rep was it's because I'm paying more than monthly payment the system needs to rebalance. Yeah, but the interest payment should be going down not up because the principle is decreasing. Unless they are calculating interest on original amount of loan every month.
Stay far away from this company! It's a racket!
Shame on Power Windows to use this company. I'm sure they have gotten many complaints about Stream Financial, but they still stick unaware customers with this deplorable company.

I financed my replacement windows with the company that our contractor suggested, Stream Financial. I have been dumping AT LEAST $2,000.00 a month in addition to my payment for the last four months.
Reason for the one star rating? Their website is total garbage, always "timing out" or as Stream Financial likes to say there's a "glitch" in our system. There is NO WAY to differentiate on their website whether or not you are paying your monthly payment or doing a principle only payment.
What really chapped my hiney was on August 4th around 10:00am, I made a $2,000.00 payment which is WAYYYY before the monthly payment is due on August 19. And what do you know, they went ahead and pulled the August payment out of it instead of applying it directly to the principle. Called them to correct that and they basically said sorry for the inconvenience and if I need anything else I need in the future to give them a call. Now why in tarnation would I do that when you couldn't help me the first time??!??
Well played Stream Financial....not making as much money off of me as you had originally thought huh? Note directly to Stream Financial - catch up with the times and get a decent website and stop screwing your customers. Dang - ya'll stink. I will be rating this company across all platforms to spread the word. Stay away.....

I started off my investment with streams last year this is my 8 month so far been the best and most rewarding experience swift payout and intense compounding Love it
