The 21 january, i placed an order (ref: 453761) for 212.69€.
Some parts were unavailable, so I won't worry and will wait.
I payed by bank transfer and StreetLights acknowledge my payment the 24 january.
The 9 march, an email advise that my package has been sent by Hermes with shipment ID 83068293780019.
Since this time, Hermes is telling that Streetlights have only print delivery note but they have not send package.
Without a reply in 3 days, I will make some noise on internet and I will contact lawers

Bestellte Artikel für 370 Euro. Der Betrag wurde angehoben, die Ware aber nie kam. Ich habe Bike Block viele Male geschrieben, aber sie nie geantwortet. Es sieht aus wie Betrug. Der Fall wird nun an die zuständigen Behörden übergeben.

Ordered items for 370 Euro. The amount was raised but the goods never came. I have written to Bike Block many times, but they never responded. It looks like fraud. The case is now handed over to the relevant authorities.

A few months ago I ordered a few parts at this site, which took about a week to get here. It was supposed to be delivered by "Hermes-versand" which I never even heard of. Apparently the parcel delivery service has a partner in my country called "mondial-relay". But a few days later it turned out to be DPD who delivered my parcel! How confusing...

I live in Denmark and have just received my first order from STREETLIGHTS and i am STUNNED, everything was so carefully packed and no bends or wrinkles on the stickers. I've also ordered two BCD mirror's in the ORIGINAL pack straight from the factory and i opened and looked, WAUW so cool and beautiful for my Gilera sp50 Runner.The service at STREETLIGHTS is VERY GOOD and delivery time fast. I do wish though, that i could choose a English language option at the toolbar when i log in. But overall PERFECT shop! And i know where i will place my next order, at STREETLIGHTS!
