Had a slight mishap but was sorted out efficiently with a kind gesture from Street Rhino.

I felt compelled to write a review after reading all these negative reviews and still taking a risk and placing an order for a portable washing machine from their website because is was discounted and £50 cheaper than elsewhere.
My placed my order, got a confirmation email, the next day I got an email confirming that the order was dispatched and the following day I recieved it from a friendly delivery driver eaely morning before work which was perfect. Washing machine is as described and works perfectly fine. Glad I took the risk despite the negative reviews.

Very pleased with the quality of the product and the speed at which the order was expedited. Would highly recommend this product to protect alloy wheels from kerbing.

I placed an order an eBay, then cancelled within minutes. I also sent a few emails, all of which were ignored and the order sent three days later.
I asked useless DHL not to deliver, but they left with an unsuspecting neighbour!
I am not able to arrange a return on eBay - due to their snafu - and seller refuses to arrange collect.
These people are extremely rude and dishonest. AVOID!

Recently purchased a product from eBay from this seller. I asked for a tracking number which they supplied me with. I contacted DHL and they said they had not had a new scan in over a week and asked for a parcel description so they could try to locate it. I contacted StreetRhino on eBay 3 times asking for a description and for them to chase it up with DHL. I received no response.

After not responding i opened an eBay case explaining my issue. The seller responded and denied to eBay that my claims were true and that they had responded with the information requested “on a few occasions”. After this lie, i cancelled the eBay case and started a paypal claim immediately. That is no way to treat a customer, essentially saying i am lying about my experience and falsely saying they have responded to my requests as to look good for eBay.

I will never use this seller again and i wish i had read these other reviews first!

Edit: After posting on a facebook forum asking about other companies who deliver the same product, a person claiming to be the StreetRhino seller commented to "clear a few points". He started to publicly deny that anything i was saying was true and said he would be getting the "product returned as i shouldn't have it for free". He will have a hard time doing this as he has been told several times that DHL have lost it and requested a description to try and locate it. In their message DHL suggested to contact StreetRhino and they could provide me with a replacement or a refund. He asked me to remove my trustpilot review also, saying that it was quite obviously not true. Wayne was then given evidence of DHL's message, evidence of the lack of messages received from him in regards to this issue and then blocked me. If i could upload screenshots to this review i would. Very unprofessional and i could not believe this was coming from (possibly an owner?) of powermaxed and streetrhino. Will never buy from either company again.

bought a 12v portable powerpack on ebay sep 2020 went to use item nov it didnt jumpstart as it should asked to return item as faulty they refused and cancelled the return asked for a refund and didnt get a reply Paid £64.93 for usless item rhino couldnt care less just avoid these people buy elsware

Wish we had read these other reviews before I paid for a cover for our caravan. Ordered and paid for on 26th Sept. Nothing has been heard from them yet although 'e' mails have gone unanswered and a promised return phone call has not arrived. Customer relations deplorable.

Only leaving 1 as there is no option to leave no stars. Paid for next day delivery from this company and my item didn't appear until 5 days later. They couldnt provide tracking information jntil 2 hours b4 item arrived very rude and argumentative said they would return the £7.95 I paid for next day delivery but they have not. When I asked why they weren't returning my requests for tracking or for a delivery update I was told "god forbid they should take the weekend off. "

Lots of other customers have had bad experiences and like me it's the customers fault.
Very bad attitude.
Left a review on e bay like other customers gave done and basically any customer who has had an issue with them they have blamed on the customer for some reason or another. Total disregard for customers.

Ordered 2 items from them off eBay, both never arrived. When I contacted them, they stated items had been delivered and left on my doorstep, which they hadn't been. I told them this and asked they confirm with the delivery company what address items were delivered to. Never heard from them regarding this question because it obviously hadn't been delivered or more than likely not even dispatched. Asked for a refund initially and it wasn't forthcoming. eBay intervened and because they were unable to provide a tracking number for the delivery (surprise surprise), a full refund was issued. I left them a negative review on eBay and in their reply, they stated item ordered on 18th May and delivered 20th May...with would you believe it, a DHL tracking number 😂 now if the items were actually dispatched, they wouldn't have issued a refund as they could prove they were delivered but nope, the bandits were at it!
Will definitely not be ordering from these dishonest cowboys again and will advise everyone else not to either!

I've had no issues with the eBay seller Street Rhino thus far. They have a great selection of car detailing products and as I expand my car detailing knowledge I'm sure I'll be reordering soon.

Honestly the worst online shopping experience I have ever had after many years of happy shopping on line. I accidentally purchased 4 items of which I returned 2 only to at first street rhino denied receiving and then once I proved it with a signature they claimed I only returned one. After complaining i received rude and derogatory emails from them. What a joke of a company and the customer service is absolutely shocking . Never dealt with such an unprofessional bunch. I would never buy anything off them again and would encourage others to be very wary. They are crooks and accused me of being a professional scammer when in fact it’s plain to see that it is exactly what they are. On one email I was referred to as “ big man “ - prove that you returned 2 . What great customer service skills! Be careful when spending your money with this sham of an outfit.

Placed an order through their eBay store for an item which the listing gave every indication was in stock. Ordered on 17 Oct, delivery promised by 20 Oct.

When it still had arrived by end of 23 Oct, I contacted them. Was promised tracking information and an explanation of why it was late - neither of which were forthcoming.

Two days later and still no sign so chased again, to be told this time that they were awaiting a part to complete the kit! Again given assurances that it was due in that day, and the order would be dispatched express delivery.

It’s now 11 days overdue and will now arrive too late to be of use, so I’ve had to cancel the order.

Appalling level of service and poor communication - I’ve had to chase several times, and I still have no product.

I will not be using them again.
