Do not waste your time on online shop
In short, do not waste your time with the online retail. They simply do not care about B2C. The information about delivery countries is false, while they acknowledged that once confonted, nobody has fixed it. Same goes with other functionality of online shop, you cannot register an account, etc.
I placed an order through PayPal. The shop sent me confirmation, wait time began. After a week I enquired when the shipping will comence. I was asked to wait another week as they have problems processing the order. Fine. Finally, after 2 weeks, I called again, lady on other end has asked me to wait while she transfers to someone who speaks English (?????). The call suddently was dropped. I called again, this time there eas no need to wait - call was picked up and dropped again. I checked the PP, the order payment was cancelled. Do the math yourself.
As for a company that went bankrupt twice already, I see the reason. It might be that B2B is where they make money from but they should do themselves a favour and close that rubish online store else more of these reviews will pop up and there won't be a way back. Premium brand.
