Great customer service and communication. The product is sturdy, easy to build, and great value for money. Will definitely buy again when needed.

Firstly - I couldn't believe we found exactly what we wanted - a double mid sleeper... I didn't think they existed! The quality of the bed is very good - really solid! The instructions were perfect - so nice to have actual words to instruct me what to do rather than just cryptic diagrams (as you get with a certain Swedish furniture shop!). And finally, I thought it was amazing value for money.

Really impressed. Recommend.

This was exactly the style and size that we wanted for the small bedroom. The price was competitive and the service was excellent, allowing flexibility with delivery dates. Customer support was brilliant and we are looking to purchase from this company in the future.

Great bed. We got the high sleeper double, actually so we could have family stay while the rabbit can still have her own room without jumping all over someone's head at night. It's so sturdy and I've found myself sleeping in it more than anyone else. Brilliant service and a great sturdy bed that feels totally safe for two adults (it's something I worried about before purchasing). So if you're on the fence, buy this. It's completely worth it and I'm a little mad I didn't find these years ago. My rabbit has her room and I sleep without a stomp on my head for food in the morning. Perfect!

So much better than the standard Argos/IKEA bed. Made of real wood, Instructions are excellent, loads of spare bits, all bits well labelled and the difference in the quality of the mattress is amazing. So glad I threw away an Argos cabin bed/mattress and got this instead.

Great Company. I ordered a beautifull Highsleeper small double bed. It arrived almost a week earlier, the company kept in touch with me through the process and call me to double check if It was alright to drop the bed earlier. The delivery guy was very polite and carried the bed inside for me ( some companies Will leave It on the doorstep). I am very pleased

I bought a loft bed to replace a totally impractical metal china made one. This is 100 times better, nice and sturdy lots of screws left over. And allows me to have an office are under it.

The wood came in very good quality, really sturdy structure

The bed arrived with screws sticking out and is VERY wobbly despite being built as per the instructions. I asked customer service for a partial refund to go towards the cost of extra brackets but my only option was to receive new parts or send the whole thing back for a refund which is not ideal when we have spent hours building the bed!

I purchased this bed with ease. Bed came at time requested. The help chat to speak to someone was polite, informative and helpful.

I bought the bunk bed with wardrobe underneath with 1 memory foam mattress.

The bed all completely made and finished looks good and great size. wardrobe underneath good size. My kids can fit lots of clothing. I can see where they really tried to make this bed sturdy.

However, Pine wood bed...I feel like these days quality of wooden beds are not as good... The bunk bed used to be made of a wood that are a lot stronger and did not need anything extra to hold the middle of the bed planks and held on very good - I guess I wanted something really strong and sturdy. I love wooden furniture but have now slowly realise quality is not as great anymore and will most likely buy metal if ever again considering bunk bed.

Bed was not finished smoothly, a lot of splinters and I had to sand here and there. I will need to finish this bed with wood paint myself - I think this should be an option to those who do not want to paint the wood another colour.

A lot of creaking noise when my 11 year old when she turns at night (sleeps on top bunk).

I had one plank that had cracks between. I will use wood glue between the gaps as I just wanted to build the bed at this point.

Mattress was fine, happy with it and don't have any complaints.

Overall a bit disappointed but will be keeping. Its not bad bad but not what I expected it to be. Improvements can be made, maybe better quality wood options, bed finish are something they could consider?

Purchased a Memphis small double - natural finish
1) asked many questions before purchasing. Customer service were always helpful - good start
2) delivery driver lovely and helpful
3) pleased with the quality of the wood
4) all the fittings were there and many extras - I counted out into pots so knew what each part was called and how many I needed - worth doing!
5) the spacer was the wrong size! For slats spacing and fitting top rail fitting either side of ladder. We cut it down but some people might not have the facilities to do so.. so company need to address this
6) instructions and instruction video slightly differ in order but comprehensive enough to allow us to follow and build the bed
7) overall we are really pleased with the bed. Really strong with quality wood - great value. I definitely would recommend using this company and if I needed another bed I certainly would not hesitate to order from them again.

Ordered an Amelia bed from strictly beds and bunks. it arrived well packaged and communication about the delivery was also great. On opening the package it was clear this has been checked for all parts present before sending out. The instructions to assemble is were a dream all pieces were chalk marked or labelled and it took me around an hour to assemble this from start to finish on my own. Item itself is great quality I was expecting a lot of the price but this bed is very sturdy and high enough for storage underneath. Great service from start to finish

Excellent quality bed, and of superior pine exactly as detailed. Easy assembly and friendly service collected from wearhouse. Very happy with the product our child is loving it.

My replacement ladder arrived quickly and was exactly as ordered. It came with all the hardware and even had an Allen key to help with assembly! The only reason I haven’t given Strictly Beds and Bunks 5 stars is that the ladder had some sharp pieces of pine, which seemed not to have been finished properly. It also had inferior mounting brackets (compared with the original). The edges weren’t rounded and the metal was weaker. I used the old ones in the end, but mounting them was difficult with no guidelines. That said, the price was very good and the quality is more than acceptable. I’m using it and it’s doing the job!

The side rails I ordered, to convert my son's toddler bed into a single bed, fitted perfectly. The holes aligned and fitted perfectly.
The delivery was faster than I expected which was excellent too.

Don't get stung with the £39 'Express' delivery.

I ordered this morning at 10am, after reading their terms and conditions I expected delivery by Friday. However I just got delivery confirmation for Monday.

I messaged them through their online chat and was told because they processed my order after 12pm the delivery is Monday.

Their terms does not say 3 working days from when they process the order, it clearly says from when the order is placed. I complained and all she kept saying is Monday is the earliest they can deliver, she didn't even apologise, so I have had to email them a complaint.

Their Beds look great and I was feeling really good about this order, I even got a note saying they will accept tinned food for for their food bank and they match donations, which is a great initiative. But their lack of customer care now has me worried.
£39 is a lot of money for a delivery fee and I expected what I payed for.

Update, they replied to my complaint email and are insisting it's 3 working days from when they processed the order, they are blaming the VISA electronic payment system for the delay and the fact that I 'only ordered 2 hours before the cut off'. I have an order confirmation email timed 10.18am, not an order pending payment, but a confirmation.

I will update this review when I receive my order.

The bed (Tango Heavy Duty Mid Sleeper) was relatively easy to put together and is very sturdy. It has made a welcome addition to our spare room. Strictly Beds were very helpful because there was a missing parcel in our delivery - this did turn up but Strictly Beds were ready to replace it if it was lost. I also got to speak to a human when I phoned!!

Great bunk beds and quick service, definitely recommend

Really great customer service. I messed up the order and they were extremely helpful in sorting it out. Bed arrived quickly and on time. One bolt was missing but again they immediately apologized and sent a new one out. The bed itself was easy to assemble, seems really robust and my son is delighted with it.
