I knew the shirt wouldn’t be an actual vintage shirt but I expected it to look like it did in the picture. Instead of a faded and worn look, the shirt is a cheap dark black shirt. They could at least put the designs on a Comfort Colors shirt. The design is way off center, too. They don’t accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect. Even then, they have to assess the return and decide if you get your money back or not. I’m not going to risk that. Definitely would not purchase from here again. I wasted my money. They’re not cheap either.

Scam! Send 1 million emails advertising but cant reply to their customers!

I ordered my item weeks ago as a gift and tracking info still will not update , if not updated by the end of the week will be raising fraud dispute

The tshirt itself is very poor quality and from a 'looks' POV is scruffy. The image reproduction is cracked and grainy, genuinely looks like it's been worn for 40 years,

They do a great job at pretending to offer Customer Service. They've responded to emails but when we get to the point of arranging a return or question why they don't offer a refund, they go cold and do no respond.

Complete scam. Have left 3 emails and zero reply. Ordered my shirts over a month ago and still havent been sent. Contacting the ACCC to hopefully get my money back and shut down this bogus website.

Outstanding customer service, these guys sorted out MY mistake within minutes of me emailing them, not only that but they SO polite and friendly. Couldn’t ask for more!

I ordered express shipping and heard absolutely nothing for five days. Reached out to change my size to a large which I did, it’s been another two days and no sign of shipping. Order hasn’t shipped for over a week. Support only seems to answer emails for one hour a day (9 to 10 PM??). Doubt I am going to receive these in time for Christmas at this rate, and do not even know what the shirts are like yet

I placed my order on the 22nd of November and paid for express shipping, now it is the 5th of December and nothing but broken promises and A.I riddled customer service responses, only to then go online to look at reviews, I find not only does the customer service blow but the quality people are receiving is poor to average at best.

GIVE A MORE DESERVING COMPANY YOUR MONEY!

Ordered the Sega Saturn T-shirt. They said it was on a vintageT-shirt. It’s not it’s a regular black tee looks different than picture.

Quality is bad, design is extremely faded, sizing/fit is wildly unpredictable and worst of all they don't accept returns - only store credit or exchanges. Picture is very different to the actual product. Overpriced for what you get.

Have order a T Shirt and paid via the Shop app. 9 days later and no dispatch notice and they have not responded to my repeated email requests for an update. Strike Vintage, if you see this please sort it out! Thanks.

I ordered on the 21st of November and paid for express shipping. It is now the 30th and I have still not received my order nor do I know when it’s coming.

I have emailed 4 or 5 times asking for updates and a refund for the £6 express shipping I paid for to be ignored or my request brushed over.

Terrible service - I’d advise you just purchase from vintage shops instead.

Having read some of the reviews after placing an order, I had a few misgivings that the 3 shirts I ordered were going to be below standard. I emailed Emma and she was very helpful and polite.
Shirts arrived today (in about a week since order)and the quality is great. The prints on all 3 match the advert, down to the distressed look. I'd recommend SA for your vintage shirt needs! Shirts themselves are not as faded as advert but you can tell they've been prewashed so all good

Amazing customer service! I had an issue with the original address this was meant to ship to and they were readily available to help fix the problem!

DM’d them on Insta as hadn’t heard if it shipped yet, replied only 5 minutes later letting me know they’ll bump it to the front of the line to get it out asap. Great hustle guys appreciate the service keen for it to arrive

Their customer service was excellent, I had put in two orders on the same day, and wanted them to be combined and get postage reimbursed which they didn’t HAVE to do. They were super friendly and responsive via IG chat, and I had the order in the post with combined postage the day after.

Honestly thus has to be a fake company, haven't received my order in 3 to 4 weeks and can't get in contact with anyone..

Or either they have a bunch or champanzees working behind the scenes, disgusting service

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my experience with Strike Vintage (or as I now call them, “Sht Vintage”*).

First, nothing they sell is actually vintage. None of the T-shirts have a vintage wash or authentic feel—they’re just basic blanks with printed designs. The branding is completely misleading.

Second, the sizing practices feel like a scam. They claim to offer multiple sizes, but everything appears to be a Small. You think you’re ordering an XL (as I did), but they’ll send you a Small anyway. It seems like they’re hoping customers won’t bother returning the item once they see what arrived.

Overall, extremely disappointing quality and shady business practices. I won’t be ordering from them again.

And a piece of dogs poo could do a better job than there customer service representative Emma.

I had seen the reviews before buying and was a bit skeptical, but decided to take the chance, and I do not regret my decision. The shirt is well-designed, has its vintage/washed look, and is comfortable. I never go out of my way to leave reviews, but if it means anything to anyone, there are not only negative things to say about this site/business, like everyone else has made it out to be. My only complaint was that the $10 sign-up bonus was not $10... but the product itself made up for it.
