Very bad experience
Very bad experience.
My reservation number is TIIW88 and I payed already in advanced. The trip was supposed to be 1h.30min. I reached 10 min late and I did not find any agent there after 15 min an agent came and refused to give boat because of the delay.
When complaining using email they refused to reschedule nor refund and the way they talked was very unprofessional.
Avoid this company!

Bad service
Bad service. Had to move from the first boat because the smell from the bathroom was horrific. On the second boat the captain demanded we move and sit backward because “other customers may want to sit facing forward. Very rude. Cannot recommend this company

They needed some more information on their speakers because of the holes. They made promotes that they didn’t keep for exsamprl did they not talk about the history of the Amsterdam flag. i dont trust them byebye

They will just take your money
I lost the last boat for the light festival, I didn't ask for my money back because I understand it was my responsibility but I asked if I could at least take another boat, which was even cheaper than the one I originally booked! They said no and hang up the phone just like that. They didn't offer me any solution or anything, it's the worst customer service I've ever encountered!
I work in a hotel in the center of Amsterdam and I would never recommend Stromma to any guest.
There’s plenty of boats in Amsterdam, go with them!
