I had a suspicious experience with an…

I had a suspicious experience with them. A representative (Dennis) called me, promising a new contract with a max monthly fee of €38 without providing any written details. He even suggested I respond with basic German phrases ('ja' or 'richtig') without understanding the terms. When I called back with questions, a different person answered, refusing to speak English and only pushing for a sale. No transparency, no trust. I'll stick with my current contract.
