Excellent experience
I was surprised how quickly my order arrived. I was also impressed with the packaging, so my Stroopwafels arrived safe and sound. I was anxious to try flavors I've never had before, and so far - they are GREAT.

Order quantity is lesser than what expected
I ordered "Daelmans Karamell Stroopwafels Midi - 150 stück" but i only received 147 stück.
In your advertisement it has mentioned 150 stück in a box, but it is lesser than what you advertised. When i immediately email to your support team, it takes long time to respond and require me to raise complaint in your page. I did not keep the box how do i get the UPC code and batch code? The tip tool text (?) next to the UPC code and batch code fields of the complaint section is not clear where a customer should retrieve the number it is.
