We had a walk-on grass floor installed to bring light into our lower ground floor. What a difference! The team were so clen and tidy during the installation. The quality is exceptional and it completely changed the feel of the space.

Let me share my experience. I wanted something special for our home to display some archaeological finds from the garden. The armourglass DISPLAY floor box was the perfect solution! We can walk over it safely and see the history right beneath our feet. The team manufactured it exactly to the size i needed. It's an incredible feature and everyone who sees it is blown away. The 20 year warranty gave us peace of mind too. Truly unique product!

Structural glass has cost me many thousands of pounds and did not complete the job. we gave them 18 months to complete the job before paying someone else to complete it for them. They would not refund any money, we had to take them to court (we won) to get the money back.
The team at Structural Glass Design deliver a fantastic product and are passionate about what they do - they knew more than our structural engineers about the required glass specifications. Fitted a large piece of glass despite difficult access, very happy with the result. Open and honest communications. Would recommend and use again.

The product (walk-on rooflights) is good. The customer service is abysmal, communication is generally slow.
Ordering the rooflights was very easy. They come with an option to include the installation. When the installation team came (a few weeks late, but OK) they damaged a coping stone and instructed workers to cut down plasterboard, which wasn't necessary in the end, so that we were left with a hefty bill of more than 1,500. Reaching out to the customer service didn't help much: After weeks of delay, they offered to pay 50% of the cost of reinstating the coping stone, but the costs for cutting (and then putting back) the plasterboard they refuse to pay, despite evidence (e.g. text messages) that this is what was requested by the installers.
So, overall: The product is good, customer service is abysmal. The company does not communicate well, and their communication is slow (sometimes with weeks of delay).
Terrable service, dishonest and months late. A colleague has a similar experience with them on another job.
