Always positive experience dealing…
Always positive experience dealing with Stutt & Parker. Consistently informed advice, high quality customer service, unflappability and patience.
Rude staff
I showed Interest online about letting a property owned by Strut and Parker but the phone manner of the agent immediately put me off. She treated me like I was hugely inconveniencing and was just down right rude. Noped out if that and they just lost my business! This was in oxfordshire
Strutt & Parker Lewes
Strutt & Parker Lewes are the reason estate agents get a poor name. They dragged us on for two weeks, avoiding talking on the phone, not giving any indication of when they would contact us and becoming short & rude when called on their day off, which had the agent (James) informed us of his working times, would not have happened. Being rude for his mistake was not appreciated.
They even had the audacity to update pictures of the property we had applied for on Rightmove before informing us that we were unsuccessful (for no reason other than our pets which they assured us would be no problem when viewing.)
Avoid this estate agent if you want to get an honest and timely service !
Strutt & Parker in Ipswich and Norwich
Strutt & Parker used to be professional and well regarded estate agents. Their business was sustained by building long term relationships. This has now changed to a transactional approach. Their people seem to be entirely focussed on their own personal commission. They show little understanding of the housing stock or property market. They care not a jot for the vendor. Their telephone manner is ill-mannered to the point of being aggressive. They pay little attention to detail and are markedly lacking in principles.
Very friendly staff but some room for improvement
Very friendly staff. However we had to correct and re-write quite a lot of the sales brochure to correct errors. Greater background and checking of prospective purchasers would have helped plus more proactive post viewing feedback and follow up. Achieved a good sale price in the end though.
Corruption
Further to my below comments, I would like to bring to the publics attention 17 Hollow Street, Chislet, CT34DS is still occupied with eight people contrary to enforcement orders numbering 12 over the past 29 years, three high court orders from a circuit judge ordering the site to be cleared, the most recent being a high court judge in 2018. CCC planning enforcement request these orders to clear the site, demolition of dangerous structures and remove several hundred tonnes of rubbish. The above is still in situ with it being run as a boarding house. It has been used as a drug factory, stealing and selling car parts on the internet along with dispersing small quantities of drugs within the community all with the blessing of CCC and the grace of Archbishop of Canterbury. It was brought to his attention and he didn't have the courtesy to reply. Finns and co of wingham high street have since been instructed to carry out site measurement, both plots of land were sold by measurements by the city council and Church of England, they have the deeds so they have the measurements but they still carry on condoning criminality on the site and failed to follow the orders of the Secretary of State and planning inspector to clear the site. These enforcements span since 2004.
A six bedroomed house was build on the site, enforcement was brought against Paul McCleave, it was demolished in 2016 yet they left the rest standing. Finns are preparing a new report which has already been commissioned by Strutt and parker, at Margaret's street Canterbury, I find it difficult to understand why the Church of England have taken no action and pulled down the strictures that are on their land.
All above parties have been supplied with copies of the deeds and contract with the sizes on them.
Strutt and Parker - Ascot Office
Strutt and Parker, Ascot Office: We rented a property in Sunningdale through the Strutt & Parker lettings team at Ascot. They were extremely professional in the handling of all aspects of the rental. Strutt & Parker also managed the property during our tenancy. Special mention in that respect must go to Philippa Ives, Associate Director of Property Management. Philippa was very attentive and understanding of any issues we raised; she kept us fully briefed of instructed works and was respectful and polite towards us as tenants - something that has not always been the case in our experience when previously renting. At the outset of the tenancy Philippa made several visits to the property to ensure all was in order and take note of our comments post check-in. Again, at the end of the tenancy she was exceptionally helpful with the various check-out related activities that had to be undertaken. We would like to thank the lettings team and Philippa for her support & help as the PM when renting through Strutt & Parker.
Friendly and highly professional…
Friendly and highly professional service. Responsive and reliable.
Very professional and efficient;
Not reliable.
They will not necessarily get you the best price if you are using them to sell, but they will rather sell to their ''favoured'' buyer. If you are a buyer they may or may not pass your offers through to the vendor.
Strutt and Parker - St Albans
We have recently completed the purchase of our new home in St Albans via Strutt and Parker who have been very helpful, friendly and professionally attentive throughout the process. We are grateful that Rozanne and Nicola were responsive and thorough during the negotiation and documentation phase and especially thankful that Kerry was available to facilitate and coordinate on behalf of both parties; her communication and persistence were absolutely instrumental in reaching exchange and completion against a challenging deadline. Many thanks for all your help, we would happily recommend your services.
Terrible experience with Strutt and…
Terrible experience with Strutt and Parker in Shrewsbury. Started badly with incompetent property detail collation and went downhill from there. They nearly lost us our sale and we had to take over the management from that point on. Would definitely not use them again.

Gina - Strutt and Parker
Gina Strutt and Parker was instructed to sell my home along with another joint agent. All her advice pre and post sale was invaluable and she is most professional and very knowledgeable. Always available with top negotiation skills too. Gina was first past the post between S&P the other joint agent. She keeps an eye on the big picture without forgetting the detail. Thanks for all the hard, successful work Gina.
Thank you Christine
I have just rented a property through Strutt & Parker and they have all been extremely helpful and professional. With the help of Christine Froud it has been a quick and easy process.
S&P- A highly professional, efficient agency.
I am so glad I chose S&P to sell my large Georgian home. I have a long history of buying and selling houses so I almost expected the pitfalls and inefficiency that have become predictable from other agents. However, S&P's Consultant Gina Simpson made it a very short and pain-free process. I am sure behind the scenes she worked very hard, but for me her no fuss, no headache, and professional approach made it all go orderly and smoothly to its conclusion. Her negotiation skills on our behalf meant we ( she ) achieved almost the asking price in a home that is so unique it could easily have stuck around on the market if left to other agents' middle-of-the-road efforts.
Gina is empathetic, full of great ideas and initiative for overcoming hurdles and is also very personable and pleasant to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend S&P to anyone at any level, but in particular for high-end properties.
Not responding since we left the flat. Not returning the deposit
After having lived in one of the flats they manage during one year, and after all the issues we have faced (moisture, leaking pipes, disgusting stuffs coming out of the pipes in the bathtub, etc) we have now left the flat. Unfortunately, they do not respond to our emails anymore and complete radio silence in regards to our deposit, although the contract mentioned that it should have been returned at the latest a few months ago. If issue not resolved, legal action will be taken against the company.
I'm very grateful to Associate…
I'm very grateful to Associate Director, Ms Victoria for her very professional handling of the purchase and sale of the property, which made the purchase of the property very smooth. If you are thinking of selling or buying a property, I would highly recommend contacting her.
Ed Church was great
Ed Church was great! Sold property quickly and without any drama. Very professional.
My experience with Ed over my property…

Strutt and Parker Shrewsbury
Strutt and Parker, Estate Agents, Shrewsbury
We have now successfully completed the sale of our lovely house in Church Stretton (Shropshire). We are delighted with the help and support of Strutt and Parker (Shrewsbury) in getting to this point. Earlier attempts to sell the house with other estate agents failed but Strutt and Parker did it. This was the result of an enthusiastic and pro-active approach by S&P and we are in a position to compare and S+P are streets ahead of other agents. We hope we don’t have to move house again but if we do we will use S+P
