Didn't get a reply at all. Contacted them again 3 days later, still no reply.

When hope was lost and I had no where to turn to Stuart Miller Solicitors became my family. No words I say or write will be able to describe how grateful I am. Victoria Hadjihanna I appreciate you and everything you represent. You took me through this with kindness and compassion. I lost hope with the process but you kept going and reassuring me things will be ok. The best news I have ever had in life came from you via a phone call last week and today via email. You guys at Stuart Miller Solicitors should keep doing the great work and helping the needy. My case at Isleworth Crown Court the Judge ordered “a not guilty verdict” my favourite line.

Contacted them with a personal query following a video of theirs that I'd viewed re:recent changes to DBS. Spoke to Mr Kibla - very speedy response and great support throughout the conversation which made me feel comfortable with what I disclosed. After years of worry and stress. Mr Kibla was able to give advice and information that offer me light at the end of a very dark tunnel.
