In one of the most stressful, frightening and daunting experiences of my lifetime the legal professionals at this firm and their associates delivered the right outcome.This was a minor case in the scheme of criminal activity. But to someone like myself with no previous convictions, etc, the wrong outcome would have meant reputational damage and career limiting. I did not have to experience a trial, and the charges were dropped as a result of tenacious and thorough representations made by this firm to the CPS. My personal experience was that the firm promised a lot until they officially took me on as a client. Perhaps it was due to the fact that I came under Legal Aid? I did not experience anyone going out of their way for me, being contactable day and night etc. In fact I was on bail for 2 years during COVID and during which time no work was done on my case, no preparations or anything. When I got my magistrate's hearing date, we had 4 week's notice and another 4 to the Crown Court hearing. Only then the firm started to engage and did not leave a lot of time. I was sentenced to a term of imprisonment and once inside communication or getting anything done was even worse. My guess is that people with glowing reviews either got off with a non-custodial sentence or had their charges dropped and/or paid the solicitor's fees privately and got VIP service.
Regrettably I based chose this firm because of the majority of positive online reviews, which I regretted bitterly once I had signed the contract. So buyer be aware! Things are not always as they seem.

I have had a great experience with Stuart Millers. My case was initially brought in FTO Mohammed Zeb who made me feel relaxed and explained all the law procedures to me. My case was expertly handled and specifically managed by Taylor Diamond.

I was impressed by the professionalism served and also how informative Miss Diamond was regarding any queries that I had. All ambiguous laws and regulations were made simple to understand from a client’s perspective with limited knowledge in criminal law.

Mr Zeb and Miss Diamond were always easy to get a hold of and kept on top of my case notifying me of any changes immediately. Very proactive from the beginning to the end.
