Disappointing service at Arne Stubbe Roskilde Toyota”
I recently had my Toyota Verso serviced at Arne Stubbe Toyota, Roskilde. unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
First, there were confusions and uncertainties surrounding the appointment booking. I had called two weeks in advance and specifically booked a time slot for 7:30 AM. However, the day before my appointment, I received an SMS from the service center confirming the time as 12:30 PM. This left me unsure about the scheduling, and it was inconvenient to have to adjust my plans on such short notice.
After the service was completed, I was disappointed to see that my car had not been washed or vacuumed inside. When I pointed this out to the service representative, they took a photo and assured me that their service leader would follow up with me. It has now been two weeks, and I still haven’t heard back from anyone. The lack of communication and accountability is disheartening, and the experience overall left me questioning the quality of service provided.
I hope this feedback will be taken seriously to improve future customer experiences.
