At first things took a turn for the worst, the package didn't arrive, nothing on Stubbles part.

The amazing customer support team was onto the ticket asap as i sent it in, sent a new product within minutes.

I have a rolltop bag which I absolutely loved. Very robust and smart looking bag. Unfortunately about one year into owning it, the laptop zip compartment jammed and broke, due to being stuck and me trying to release it. The customer service who I reached out to about this, were fantastic (Daphney). She issued immediately a replacement. Therefore I can’t recommend this company enough.

I had to send my back pack for repair under Warranty.
On return DHL lost the backpack and Stubble kindly replaced with a new one.

I bought the Hybrid Backpack 30L 9 months ago, and it’s an amazing product, carefully designed down to the smallest details, with exceptional build quality. I use it every day, and it immediately became indispensable to me.

Unfortunately, I experienced an issue with the middle zipper, which showed some external wear over time, although it didn’t affect the backpack’s waterproof performance.

As soon as I contacted customer service, I received a response in less than five minutes. After sending a couple of pictures and the production number—just the necessary information—they immediately arranged for a replacement.

The entire process took only six days from the first email to receiving the new backpack, including the weekend. Truly top-quality product and outstanding customer service.

The bag is beautifully designed, but for the price I expected better quality. In less than a year, it started peeling and the material began to come apart. The design is lovely, but I really thought it would last longer. I bought it in 2023, but I am not allowed to include that date.

Unfortunately the zip broke on the bag when it was only just out of warranty. Daphney responded to the problem and after a brief conversation, they have agreed to replace the bag. Very happy with this outcome . Quality brand.

Bag is amazing and holds loads, has the right number of zips and pockets. It also looks and feels pure class.

Stunning backpack! I got the Everyday Backpack 20L and went on a business trip right after. It is very simple and minimalistic, yet has enough room to store everything! 10/10 would recommend to anyone, and customer support was fantastic as well!

I’ve had great support from the stubble and co team when purchasing my kit bags. If you’re anything like me and travel alot and hit the gym. The kit bag is for you, open it, put your kit in the bag and you’re ready and raring to go. Fits in most lockers with ease, no problems when it comes to taking it on a plane and it’s waterproof. No hassle and it looks great in black.

The bag oozes quality and the company is amazing. We had a small issue and they immediately replaced it. Quality products, quality packaging and a quality service. Worth every penny.
