Excellent customer service Apple Watch 2 for my…
I ordered an Apple Watch 2 for my daughter.
When the delivery arrived it was a different product
I rang the number and it was answered immediately, Holly was fantastic she advised me on what to do and then took things from there
She emailed to update me several times
The very next day the product arrived very pleased with it and very pleased with an excellent customer service experience
I would recommend student computers and will use again

Wish all companies were as good. I purchased this printer at a great deal cheaper than any new or refurbished anywhere on the net. This one was refurbished but when arrived if it hadn’t been for the fact it was not in the original box I would have sworn in was brand new, even the lead’s looked like they have never been used, also the ink tanks were full to the brim ( this was an eco tank printer). The icing on the cake was the printer arrived less than 24 hours after I ordered it POSTAGE FREE.........what a company

I placed an online order recently for a refurbished Epson Ecotank ET 2600. Delivered it promptly but it was not functioning well; it was pre-filled with ink, however print outcome was poor and it does not receiving black ink. Contacted customer service and I was surprised with their response. I was told to get rid that and they send out me another new printer next working day. Excellent.

Laptop purchase
The service from Student computers was nothing short of excellent. The laptop I purchased was refurbished rated at A- however it was as new when I received it working faultlessly. In addition the ordering and free delivery process was excellent. The price point of the laptop was also excellent.
I would not hesitate to recommend them and would buy again from them without hesitation.
