The worst hair extensions and customer…
The worst hair extensions and customer service (if you can call it that) I have ever come across.
Please read all reviews before buying.
The hair is not 100% human (I have tried over 10 different brands over 15 years so I can definitely tell the difference) once you send it back expect to email them numerous times before getting a reply. All they are interested in is getting your money. Steer clear of this company, there are much better brands out there for only slightly more money but it’s worth it for quality as these people don’t know what that is!

Be careful with the shade
I was so pleased with the first order of the dark brown shade that I decided to buy it once again. Unfortunately the shade is not the same. Colour of the hair in first order was much lighter and in yellow tones, in the second order hair is more red tones and the colour is close to black... as I thought it’s just because of the packaging I took it of and actually it became even more dark... hair overall is pretty good quality however the shade is never something that you could rely on

Hair Extensions are an organic product, and there can always be slight variances in shade, this will be the same for any hair supplier. However, when hair arrives from the factory it will ALWAYS be matched to our colour ring and will not be put to stock if it does not match. #2 is one of our biggest selling colours, and if there were issues with color match then our large base of salon and professional technicians would certainly point this out. Also, removing hair from packaging is never a problem if colour needs to be viewed. It would only be non returnable if removed from the binding. A 2 star review seems a little harsh considering no contact has been made to allow us to address the issue that you claim

Once an order leaves us then of course we have very little control over the delivery, it is up to the delivery services to do their job efficiently and sometimes through human error or the like things aren't always perfect, but we take full responsibility and will always do everything we can to solve a problem to a customers satisfaction - if we know about it.
This review is the first we know about your order not arriving yet.
You chose our Royal Mail 2nd class standard service, which is a 3 working day aim (not including the day of dispatch). Your order was received at 4.24pm on the 8th (after our cut off point) so dispatched on Weds 9th making today the 3rd working day so still within the expected time frame.
