I was very satisfied with a vest I ordered previously.

Ordered multiple suits for my wedding, and what arrived looked nothing like what was advertised. The “ivory/beige” fabric was clearly brown—not a lighting issue, just wrong. Even worse, the fit was off—3 out of 4 suits were too tight in the shoulders. For a “bespoke” company, that’s unacceptable. Their response was generic and dismissive, blaming screen differences instead of taking accountability or offering a real solution. They offered store credit and for me to trust them to make 4 new suits in time for the wedding which is less than a month away. Bottom line: inaccurate product, poor fit, and zero meaningful customer service. I would not trust this company for any important event.

Jacket arrived in reasonable time. Fits me very well I’m 6’3” 220lbs. I ordered it based on my current store bought jacket size 48 long. And this jacket fit me perfectly.

I'm not saying don't consider buying from these folks, but don't expect if you have issues with their work for them to resolve them. They are located in the UAE and use a shop in Mumbai to produce the actual garments. I recently had them make a custom bow tie...they sell bow ties on their site, you would think they know how to make one. I had to send them the dimensions and did so. The quality of the product I got back was good but once you adjusted it, the buckle was right on where you knotted the tie...unusable. They won't refund my money. They won't make me a new one. If this were a $700 custom suit, I'd be seriously annoyed as I'd have no recourse with a UAE based company. BE CAREFUL.

Easy to order; they confirmed some questionable measurements; suit showed up and looks great!

My only quibble is that the suit arrived wrinkled. I mean, sure, what do you expect when a suit is mailed to you! But the way it's packaged and shipped feels a little cheap.

The suit itself is great! And once I get it professionally pressed, it will be awesome!

Long wait time. And too much spam emails. Need more packing in the box to prevent wrinkles.
The jacket was great though and fit awesome. Especially for an all online experience.

The process is easy once you’ve gotten all the measurements into place. Communication is good. The quality is exceptional. The wait time is long, but understandable. The only problem is when the fit is not quite right and alterations are needed. It is disappointing to have paid for custom clothing and then have to pay for more customization.

Great selection, very easy to navigate to complete an Order. I emailed to inquire about my order and mentioned that our son’s wedding is on May 2 and his father would require his tuxedo Jacket by April 26 the latest. Received an email pretty much the next day. Excellent communication with Dwayne. At this moment my order is being prepared for shipping. So now we wait.. praying for a smooth shipment 🙏💫

Good communication with customer service. Beautiful fabrlc. I would have like some prompts to ask me if I wanted any other features. I forgot to ask for working cuff button, which is a sign of a custom suit. I remembered on the next order.

#1 is having Jennifer for Customer Concierge -- she is tolerant/knowledgeable and a pleasure to interact with.
#2 the SS ordering system is thorough and well -structured
#3 the material and fitting options are excellent
# 4 the "Comments" section allows the customer to enter their specific issues

My suit is very nice. Fit is perfect as requested. Only thing that was disappointing was the missing bells n whistles. No inside piping or linning flair. Too basic I thought 4 the asking price. It seems like the inside was un finished. I ordered a size 58L. What i got was an already made 54L enlarged to a 58L 54 label still inJacket.Boxing also questionable.Suit definitely has to go to cleaners to be pressed back into the shape of a suit.
