Unfair Suspension and Poor Customer Support
I was a Gold Seller on Stuvia for 3 years, consistently sharing high-quality, original notes based on my BTEC Business Level 3 background. A few days ago, I uploaded a sample answer and notes to help students—just like many others do. I spent an entire day creating the content myself.
Without any warning, my document was removed and my account was suspended. When I contacted support, they took ages to respond and claimed the content wasn’t mine and violated Pearson’s rules. That’s completely false—I wrote everything myself and had no access to any Pearson materials.
To make things worse, I couldn’t even withdraw my earnings. The whole experience has been frustrating and deeply unfair. Stuvia handled this very poorly.

Games with Acceptance
My documents are authentic and original. They pick and choose randomly what they delete and then threaten to take down my account when nothing is wrong. I'm a university student and work as a professional tutor. It makes no sense. There's so much time put into uploading the documents just for them to play games with what they expect when all my documents have relation to one another in professional format and content.

I have been using stuvia since 3 years and it always have been organised very well! It’s very clear what to post and you get paid very fast. The only con is the minimum amount to have in your wallet to have it deposited on your bank account. Which is 10€ but besides that awesome!
