I have given 5 stars for ref 14303237 Adam Geary and Shaun Gibbs. They contact me before their arrival. On arriving they told me everything they were going to do the equipment they had to do the job, made me aware of when the water would be turned off and spoke to me when the job was completed what they had done and what would the next steps would be. Both were very professional and pleasant to speak with.
The experience I have had regarding the leak was not 100 percent messages telling me a date they were coming out and never came this was 3 times the last time I got an apology the day after and a new date. I feel the time scale was far too long and now having to contact to find out how I apply for overpayment of water. Every penny is needed nowadays and I down sized to reduce bills instead I am paying more than I did previously where I had a water meter. All said and done fingers crossed it is all fixed.
