Loss of water supply
ref number 14405397. We were very pleased with the service provided by Lee Bebbington when our stop valve in the road gave way. He repaired it very quickly which was great as we had lost our supply completely.

Great visit today from Jamie Russell…
Great visit today from Jamie Russell who came round to trace our water as when having a meter fitted a week ago they couldn't find the outside stop tap. Jamie managed to find the tap and due to its age has requested for an excavation team to come out and fit a new one. Jamie was polite and professional throughout and would definitely not mind them coming back to carry out further work if needed, he is a credit to Severn Trent and they are lucky to have him.

Leak around water meter fixed.
11/9/26 Pipe replaced and leak fixed by Adam Geary and Shaun Gibbs, (ref. no. 60775722) They were both very courteous and explained exactly what was involved to rectify the problem. Very satisfied with the standard of work, thank you.
14/9/26 Thanks too to both teams who came out later to fill in the hole and lay the tarmac surface . A very neat and professional job by all concerned.
