Would advise anyone not to order from this website. I ordered a tracksuit and received a pair of trousers the size of a house and trying to get the refund is like trying to suck blood out of a stone. False advertisement

Was a bit concerned after seeing low reviews on trustpilot but my overall experience was perfect. There was a slight delay in the delivery but obviously understandable with the whole covid situation. Great quality clothing at great prices. I usually buy clothes from the UK so due to them leaving the eu, I can definitely see myself purchasing from stylefile more often

bought shoes from stylefile to be delivered to Ireland, delivery remained fast even during covid, price was reasoable and the item came exactly as advertised. good service :)

When i try to finish the the checkout it says that the website might be with heavy traffick and it says try again later. This is the third day in a row.... fix this

I ordered a north face coat from style file however I was hesitant because of the reviews on Trustpilot. The coat arrived on time, it took around 4 workings days and to be honest I expected it to be longer so this was great. I’ve had to send the coat back as the size I ordered was too big, I’ve re ordered the correct size from them and again expecting it within the same time frame. I’m hoping I won’t have any issues with the refund process, I will update my review with how this went. All in all, a decent company!

I received my refund within the time frame given, cannot fault this company.

Literally came in 3 working days to Ireland . Prices are so much cheaper on here too . Couldn’t recommend this website for like . Some people seem to have a bad experience but this website is legit at first Glances I thought it might be fake but nah it’s actually good .

My order of Vans sneakers was delivered on time in perfect condition. Bargain. Others had bad experiences but mine was spot on.

I see lot of bad reviews here but I dont understand why, i make my order at tuesday 15.9., parcel was shipped at wednesday and delivered today at saturday in Croatia. I found sergio tacchini retro tracksuit here for 83€, in other shops same tracksuit cost 120€.
They are reply to all my messages on facebook.

Very poor customer service. I've ordered a pair of trainers, they shipped the order late (due to covid, that's okay). There was an issue with the courier and they don't reply to my emails!! Don't buy from these people, they're a joke

At first I was a bit scared to buy here after seeing such bad reviews, but the product I bought had suck a Low price compared to other sites that I decided to give it a try. It took them 3 days to send a message with the confirmation of my package been on its way, and it arrived at my house in less than a week since I made the purchase, so I am very happy.

so far waiting on confirmation of order took the payment from my account, whilst on my stylefile account said payment pending then now says I have no orders on this account

I have ordered 5 t-shirts from this website and didn't get any emails, and at their website at my orders it says: payment outstanding so i don't know what to do, i don't want to lose 101 euros. Their costumer form don't work.

I ordered an item and haven't received an order confirmation. I can't contact them using the Contact Form on the website without an order number. What am i supposed to do, post them a letter?!

There was a fraudulent charge of $140 on my social security disability debit card. I had never even heard of this company! Disputed the charge through our debit card company and the charge was returned. Just to have ANOTHER fraudulent charge of $170
this time on my social security disability debit card by stylefile 24 hours later! I had never even been on their page! I have never received any products from this company. Went on their page to contact customer support and there is no way to without an order number.

I was told we have to contact the company to get the money refunded, they can't even be contacted.

I am on a fixed income and cannot afford this.

Since they are in Germany, it will do no good to contact the police here.

Canceled my card.

If this is how this company is, if I was shopping for what they sell? If I could afford $170? I wouldn't go through them!

Never will I do business with this company, be careful as I purchased items off them which were returned. After a few emails and proof the item was returned they still saying they haven't received it despite providing proof it was signed for. Will be in contact with my credit card company to raise a dispute. Never again will I deal with them.

I liked everything. Purchase arrived within 4 days to Latvia. My new shoes ands socks are amazing. I definitely recommend Stylefile.🥰

I was initially impressed by this company, however after returning a faulty item, stylefile.com acknowledged the fault and advised a prompt refund would be made.

Since then they have avoided completing the refund with delay tactics, avoidance and lies.

My advise would be to not trust this company

I was sceptical to purchase from this website given previous reviews but I was looking for a particular pair of Levi shorts and this was the only place that sold them. They were dispatched 2 days after placing my order and I received them today, so they arrived within a week. Excellent service from StyleFile, thank you!
