Like any classifieds, there is risk. Sellers/buyers may or may not be trustworthy, courteous or honest. Each transaction requires you to be hyper alert to the many ways things could go pear-shaped and the reality that Subito 'customer service' can't really help you if things do go awry.

It's really hard to put into words how…
It's really hard to put into words how bad this experience has been. I spent a lot of time putting up ads and even made some sales. Then out of nowhere all my ads disappeared. I wrote to "customer service" (in name only) the first reply I received said that there have been an error. There was nothing wrong with my ads. Nothing wrong with my account and they apologize. I responded and said that that was okay but where are all my ads that I painstakingly posted?. Then I got another message saying that I deserve to be banned. My account was canceled. At no time was I given any warning or explanation or any way of appealing this or having a rational person looking at my ads and telling me what I possibly did wrong.
