The product arrived stained
The product arrived stained. Customer support was able to give me a small refund after a bit of back and forth but I am really disappointed in the quality of the product. I was offered a replacement but with it being so close to Christmas, i do not want to risk it getting lost in transit. Definitely not worth what was paid

We have discussed with customer services and they mentioned that we were prepared to send a replacement over to you immediately and then refund upon receipt of the original faulty item. Our apologies for the faulty item, the products are factory sealed so we would eventually need to return the item to Puma for credit.

I received my package
I received my package, in Canada, very quickly. My complaint is that my debit and credit transactions did not go through. So I had to use PayPal.

Great customer service led me to change my rating from 4 to 5 stars
Great prices and selection but I admit there was a letdown on the EPL patch I ordered. I thought it would be the official size, but it’s noticeably smaller and now I’m not sure if I want to bring it to my local football shop to have it pressed on my Manchester United shirt. Other than that I’m happy with the Real Madrid goalkeeper shirt and Portugal socks I got. Official size patch would’ve earned them a 5 out of 5 score.
Edit: after receiving a reply from Subside Sports that they were going send me a player size EPL patch (free of charge) I now give them a 5 out 5 and look forward to making more purchases in the future, most likely a vintage football shirt because they have one of the best selections online! Thanks Subside!

You did actually order the middle size on your order (69mm), but as it's nearly Christmas woud you like us to get a Player size over to you so you can complete your United shirt??
