1 star because I can not go lower.

1 star because I can not go lower.
Ordered battery, DPD didn't delivered the package but in their history it says delivered (with signature), then later it was a failed delivery because no one at home and later no delivery due wrong adres. All at 1 afternoon. Addres that DPD had was correct.
Package is returned to seller. I wander if they will refund everything.
& I will never order at them again due lack of follow up.
This review is not anonymus, they know my name.

We are sorry for the inconveniences.
When the delivery fails, we always give the possibility to ship the parcel again or refund the amount. It would make no sense(and would be illegal) to keep the money for a parcel that the client did not receive.
We don't know what went wrong with DPD in this case. As I can see they've had problems but we can't say exactly why since we're not DPD and not responsible for the delivery. There is a lot of shipping service providers we work with. We could ship your parcel again but with another shipping provider.

Earpads for JBL synchros S500

Earpads for JBL synchros S500. Fits perfectly well. Perhaps a bit more hard than the original ones (comparison not easy because original ones are not usable any more - tissue/leather around the foam split) and the inner hole for the ear a bit smaller (4.5cm - was 5cm on original ones?), But even for my big ears, I have no problem.

I still have not received the order

I still have not received the order. It was supposed to be shipped on August 31. I telephoned on Thursday 8 September about this, but I did not find this lady really customer-friendly. She informed me that it can take up to 2 weeks before a package is sent from Germany to Belgium. After 14 days I have to report again and I get my money back or a new one is sent. Quite annoying if what you ordered was quite urgent.

We are sorry for the inconveniences. The usual delivery times for Belgium are about 2 to 5 days. There must be problems in the transport with Absendia in this case.
We don't know why.
We consider a parcel to be lost 14 days after the shipment. The probabilities that you still receive your parcel when you called us was so high that it did not make sense to proceed with a new shipment.
