It has been one month and the battery performs well, shipping was with no issues.

I ordered a battery replacement on 23rd August and it showed the delivery would happen in 2-5 days. second day, there was no order on my order page, when I contacted it showed preparation(not shipped) for many it was like that. On the order page, it shows "complete". there's no way to track the order. It's 31 august, 8 days, still no news about my order. Feel like I got scammed.

Ordered a battery to replace the one in my mother’s hearing aid. Given the urgency, I paid the surcharge for expedited shipping, with which they guaranteed delivery in 1-2 days. Product arrived in 5 days with a different courier than rhe one I paid for. Then they promised a refund which to date, has not arrived.
In return, battery is compatible and seems to work well.

I wish to write in English because I don't speak Italian. The originality of phone batteries cannot be ascertained until tested.
I bought the SM-N960 battery from Subtel after the one I bought from another shop failed me.
I've used this battery for more than a month and it performs exactly as the battery that came with the phone.
In order to save money, I recommend that you buy from from Subtel. The good news is that it was more affordable than the fake one I bought from the other shop.
