Ordered a new battery for my laptop…
Ordered a new battery for my laptop on 14/7. Got an email from their courier on 16/7 that it will be delivered in 2 working days. Today 25/7 still did not get the package. Called the courier several times. They acknowledge it is in their warehouse and they promise me to call back but they still did not. So I do not know when or even if I will receive my ordered items. Seems Subtel uses cheap courier service companies with result that I need to go after the order myself.

The model number K20D is not in the compatibility list of the item you ordered. We say on our website that GLS deliveries for the Netherlands can last up to 3 days, what it took it your case.

Low quality customer service
Low quality customer service, misleading information on the website. I’ve ordered the battery which was described on the website as suitable for Amazon Kindle 3G. The battery that arrived didn’t fit the device. The store refused to cover the return shipment costs, while the price for sending it back was more expensive than the battery itself.
Better buy on Amazon - it will be cheaper and at least you get a proper customer service if something goes wrong.

The battery you ordered does not replace your original battery. All the informations regarding compatibilities are indicated on our website in a clear list under each item. It is therefore not misleading, since all informations are there. We assume the return costs for exemple in case of compatibility problem coming from us, defective items, wong item delivered and so on. In the case of a cancellation, we do not assume return costs, as indicated on our website.

Delivery should be faster
Delivery should be faster, but products are good.
On their website, Subtel mentions on their NL-website that the delivery of the goods is with 2-4 working days. In reality the delivery took 1 week because the products come from Germany.
Because I was waiting on the products, I contacted Subtel's customer service about the shipment status and they told me that Subtel didn't track-and-trace my parcel and were not able to give me an update of the status of the shipment.
Advice: Pay by creditcard so you can easily recall the payment in case your shipment is lost.

Subtel - Powertool replacement battery - Good
Ordering, payment, postal went well and battery seems good quality and fits perfect. Glad I could still get a new battery for the older model AEG powertool. Only just started to use the battery, charges on original charger and works well. Hopefully also on the longer term.
