RETURN AND EXCHANGE

I purchased a lipstick and a eyeliner with a combo offer, before two months, in India, Delhi city, since the colour was not as expected i immediately put for an exchange of lipstick, with the new shade,. They arranged for a return pick up, and collected the lipstick from me, after that more than one month have passed, no reply from them , nor they have refunded my money nor exchanged . Even they do not have a customer care number, also the emails which were sent had auto reply. I dont know how to get in touch with sugar cosmetics customer care for further process
