Well, this is day 8 and the 218GB is still uploading. Maybe it will complete the upload before Christmas? Also, in the upload window there is no handle on the right to move through the uploads. My finger went numb on the mouse wheel trying to move through all the files and folders in the upload window. And....... I have to pay extra for phone support, what a scam.

Have been a SS customer for many years. Customer service is superb. Tech Support worked through a difficult problem that I caused.

I had an issue but it was resolved when I called Customer Service. Luis was able to get my Sugar Sync going again! I had not backed up to the Cloud for a while but it was operator error, as usual. Thanks for the help, Luis. Definitely recommend SugarSync!

I've used SugarSync for many years and it has always worked great for me. I have 4 different computers that all sync (3 pc's and a Mac) and it works seamlessly. I've tried DropBox and others and none have worked as well as SugarSync. I promote you guys as often as I can.

I've been a paying customer for several years now. I remember that back then I was searching for a cloud service that would let me sync any folder I wanted or
sync my entire folder tree among my home pc and work pc. I hated having to store my cloud files in just one particular folder. I needed to have my own folder structure in the cloud. My goal was to edit files at my work pc, sync changes silently in the background and then arrive home and have all the files updated with no complications AND LOCATED IN THE SAME FOLDER STRUCTURE. SugarSync was the only service that would allow me to implement such solution, and since my files are one the most important things to me, I decided to become a paying customer.

With SugarsSync my access to my documents from anywhere is much easier and the practicality is great. I recently needed help from support and they were helpful and super quick with the solution. Thank you Sugarsync for making my professional life easier.

I've been using SugarSync since 2011. This is a great product and the service team is very responsive. They went through a transition a few years back that caused me some concerns. But, the pulled through and overcame the challenges. Today I remain very satisfied with the service and will continue to renew with them.

I have three computers and Sugar Sync makes it possible for me and my wife to access our files from any of the three. Recently i needed some assistance from Sugar Sync and their agent was friendly and good. My issue was resolved immediately.

After having performed a hardware upgrade and having to re-install the desktop app, which was not synchronising with the database, the support lead me through the entire problem solving process until we finally found the root issue for this. Now everything's running fine again. IMO the backup system with one of the most accessible UI out there. Thank you!

Believe me they have on of the best customer support I dealed with.
My problem Solved form 1st time.
Even they didn't leave me until they made sure that I I tried the problem issue and it was solved.
Really I recommend using SUGARSYNC service, at least there is reialab customer service when I need.

Sugarsync is easy to use. With Sugarsync running seamlessly in the background, I no longer worry about my hard drive dying.

I just finished my second session with Louis at Sugarsync (ticket #2300641). We started yesterday working through huge files that I had inadvertently duplicated. He was extremely patient and worked through each file. Since we had to wait for the files to populate he promised he would call me back today, which he did! He spent time showing me how my configuration would work and that I understood exactly how to remove items that weren't needed going forward. Thanks so much and you are lucky to have have such a diligent employee.

I've had my files on SugarSync for years and today I am even a bigger fan than before! Luis M. spent the time with me to get my files in order after Microsoft messed up all my backup with OneCloud.
