They don't even deserve one star, this is a complete scam myself and my friends had a horrible experience. We have advertised a rental ad, but they have a few diff prices we chose $66, but we never got any response moreover, the Sulekha team itself sending emails like tenants, and also when we go to the $99 plan, they will keep somebody as an agent and users cannot see your phone number and the agent will come in the middle he will take a commission from users. It's all a scam please don't use Sulekha.

After the ShankarEshaanLoy show in San Jose got canceled and rescheduled we reached out multiple times from July 24 to Sulekha to cancel our tickets and requested a refund via phone and email. Several times the call was put in hold and promises made of a call back with resolution, but none was made
Finally today I called and Ritu helped resolve this and sent us our updated tickets. She was empathic towards how the situation was handled and with great professionalism she cuts the chase and resolved the matter.
The past interactions were horrifying experience with Sulekha representative’s and Ritu flipped it around. She definitely is an asset in this sinking ship

Dont do their training and job placement program. My firm did provide them 10 candidates and they just provided 3rd party training from south asian teacher and then they stopped responding when it come to job preparedness and placement. Lost $4500. Their customer service is a joke, they ask you to deal with the compny directly who isnt even responding. -why are they on your platform if you cant protect against them? Without checking their legitimacy

Sulekha .com website does not work properly. I was trying to see and update my profile after login. When I clicked on my profile at the top it logged me out and says 'Hi Guest'. I tried this a month ago and still it exists as of September 26. I called customer service number listed on website on Thursday, Sept 26, after putting me on hold for few minutes it says we can not take your call now and call us back on a weekday.

Gayathri understands the problem & resolved it so quickly. Also, she helped us correcting our ad category for the best/right visibility. She made our day.

I had a terrible experience with Sulekha. I booked an event featuring Shankar Eshaan Loy, but they postponed it on their end. Despite my requests, they are now refusing to refund my money. They claim the refund window has closed, yet I never received any email notification about the time limit. It's unbelievable that I'm struggling to get my own money back. The service is pathetic.

The operator was able to quickly resolve my issue within the first 5 minutes of the call. Appreciate the quick service.

I had add for rent a private room and I had almost 40 response with in 2 months but all of them were thier people and try to get more information from you so they can frud with you so do not even open this website in your life other wise your life can be miserable
