Never buy from them I bought a 2 jackets from them and they sent me an email stating it was supposed to arrive on3/9/22 and I still haven’t seen it. I sent several emails with no response.

First, I wish I could give negative stars. Second, I wish I would have read all these reviews first. Summerhauls is the WORST company to deal with. Nothing but a scam!!!!
Placed an order for my son, never received my item but according to their tracking info it was delivered. Went to the post office to check and was told that the tracking number was not a valid number. Emailed customer service and was told "it shows delivered, if you didn't receive it then your post office has to refund your money" I have NEVER heard of that before so I asked for a signed proof of delivery so I could try to figure out where it went and a week later I was told the same thing again. This place is a joke. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!

This is the worst company to order from. TOOK 2 MONTHS to receive and I got a KIDS ugliest bad quality sweatshirt brown cofee XL and I ordered a Gray WOMANS Medium. They refused to refund me nor provide label to ship back to China. I am disgusted that zero honor in this company and a total SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I placed an order on January 27th for a trip I’m taking in Miami. I PAID for expedited shipping which means it should take 3-8 business days. I gave them a Miami address as I was planning on receiving my package on vacation between the first and second week of February. Now 3-8 business days from January 27th is between February 1st-8th. I did not receive my package during that time. So I message Summer Hauls and asked for a refund or for them to send it to my home address in Virginia. They said they would send it to my home address. It is now February 27th ( a month from when I ordered my two outfits) and I still have not received my package! I have never experienced anything like this but I don’t even want or need the outfits anymore I just want a full refund and I will not be shopping with Summer Hauls again.

We are used to wearing Dashiki at weddings, this site has a lot of beautiful Dashiki, Brought for a wedding, Loved it! was worried a little about the length of the pants because my sons have long legs but these fit perfect. Also the color is very accurate. Buying more in different colors next time.

I have already purchased long coats from this web second time, and received an invitation to come here to review. I like the coats of this store very much. The quality is quite good and the price is cheap. I recommend it.

I ordered took weeks longer to arrive than promised on their website. The sweater is the wrong print and extremely cheap.. I have sent several emails requesting a refund and got no response from tehm at all !!!i went online and did research about this company and i found this help which is i contacted the customer service The return was easy to do and no problem receiving my refundTHREE14**3018168

I just received the sweater from this web. Very soft, comfortable, and lightweight. It is a little thicker than I expected which is great. It will keep me warm. Color is as expected as well and good quality material. It does not cling to my stomach at all. I'll be buying other colors soon!

This is the worst site ever. I ordered two coats. I recv'd one but it was way too small and cheap looking. The tag wasn't on the coat when it arrived so how am i supposed to get a full refund? The other coat I purchased never shipped. The money was taken from my acct over a month ago on Jan 9th 2022 but as of today, 02/07/2022 It still hasn't shipped. I emailed the company and never rec'd a response. I want my money and my time back

They are running a drop shipping fraud operation advertising clothing that isn't what is purchased! It's extremely poor quality material that isn't even close to what is show! When contacted regarding my order they couldn't verify it with the purchase order number, my name and address or screenshot of my order confirmation that THEY emailed me! Hopefully they are shut down and charged with mail fraud!

I ordered two items. It took more than 6 weeks for me to get the items. One of the items was extremely different from what was on the site. Inferior quality and badly tailored. I asked for a refund and i was told to send back the item and they wanted to pay me lesser than I paid for the Jacket!!! My order no is 932870.
I sent the item back just the way i was told to send it back by summerhauls..through the Canada Post , I paid 26$...its been 3 months, I still havent gotten a refund. Summerhauls agent said i should have sent with tracking..imagine sending package back and spending as much money as the value of the refund. How does that make sense? Now I

I ordered a jacket from this site in December and was okay with waiting due to flooding delays but once I emailed them about my worries of my package not coming in on time, that’s where I got frustrated. I told them to get back to me and they still haven’t. I spent around $150 with no confirmation email. Just a lousy E-receipt. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Worst online experience ever....should be illegal for this company to scam people.

There is no phone number on the site and the email on the site does not work. I have no way contact anyone to determine the status of my order, placed on December 23, 2021.

This company is a total fraud . Nothing is what they advertise. They should be put out of business for deceptive claims and promises. I received one item out of three. Not what I ordered , size for a men's 4xl would not fit a child. No response or ways to return or get my money back. I'm warning everyone out there to not buy anything from them. This is the biggest scam ever.

I ordered a long and thick coat here, I use it to Walk Around Town and Hiking in Woods. Really protects against winds and cold weather. Used it at -10° plus wind chill. Good job!

Few days ago go I insisted they refund my money they offered to send the same item again so I said no .
The next day I got an email saying that they sent it anyway and that I have to wait 5 to 10 more days
This has been going on for 4 months
Be aware do not order anything from here
